I received a badly damaged desktop from Uplift. I called them and spoke with Steven Bostic. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He put me at ease about rectifying my issue, providing a few options. I chose being sent a replacement desktop and he had it shipped out the same day. I ordered an Uplift Desk and it was shipped super quickly. The setup was easy and well-documented. I did have an issue, though, with the keypad losing power every few hours once the desk was setup. I would have to power cycle the control box. I initiated customer support via their website and spoke with Danielle. A warranty claim was quickly opened, and after I sent in the required information, replacement parts were promptly sent. It fixed the issue, and I'm incredibly happy with the purchase!

(Let's call it 4.5 stars) This is my second desk from UPLIFT, after buying one several years ago. My first experience was smooth (despite some delays during COVID), and I continue to use that desk 5 days/week today -- the desk still looks and acts brand new. Given how positive my first experience was, I decided to go with UPLIFT again for a second desk. This second experience was somewhat disappointing at first in that the desktop arrived with two defects (although everything else arrived in perfect condition). However, Julian from their Customer Service was very helpful and incredibly prompt in responding to the issue, and offered several options for moving forward. It is always unnerving to buy larger items online (particularly furniture), but I am heartened by this positive experience interacting with their Customer Service.

I have yet to receive my order but based on this alone, I would certainly do business with them again. See was able to help me optimize my desk & make the entire process a breeze at the same time. Even when I decided to change my quote days later (From Bamboo desktop to Walnut), she went above & beyond was able to make the change in no time flat! She's a valuable player/asset to the UPLIFT Team & community & I wish I had her help when I bought from UPLIFT the first time last year.
