I've had my Uplift desk for a number of weeks now and am loving it! Unfortunately, while raising it on Friday, a few days ago, it stopped. Seemed that it just lost power. I called on Saturday, and my call was answered quickly. Jeremy L. Went through the troubleshooting steps with me and we determined that the issue seemed to be the control box. I sent a few pics of the box and connections, and he had a replacement sent right away. I was thankful and happy for the quick response and Jeremy's thorough follow up. A replacement part is en route now, so hoping it takes care of the issue, but as for customer service thus far, I've been very happy. It helps reinforce my satisfaction going with Uplift.
I had a large order of desks from UPliftDesks and discovered the very bottom desktop was broken. Chatted with Bney P and was able to get a replacement shipped out super easy. Definitely one of the easiest interactions I've ever had over a damaged product.

We were very pleased with our new uplift desk, until something went wrong. The controls locked up for some reason. I dealt with Courtland over in Customer Service, and he continued to work with me until the issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciate Uplift Desk standing by their product, and their customers. Will continue to support Uplift because of it.
Initially, I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of assembling this desk by myself. When I encountered an issue with a screw hole, Jamie Caudle was incredibly patient and guided me through the process, even staying on the phone for 30 minutes while I caught up. I am thankful for his help because I was able to build it myself and the desk is exactly what I'm looking for.
Later, I found one of my organizer pieces broken to which Jamie immediately came to help and started a replacement order.

I had ordered a new desk and the top was cracked and I had called and told them on Saturday or Sunday, I can't remember, but I know it was the weekend and I was able to get a hold of customer service. And then Sean had emailed me about all the specifics about moving forward with a new desktop or just the different options and he was wonderful and every time I emailed him, I got a quick response. He was very professional, and I truly appreciated his Help. I have since received the new one and there was nothing wrong with it. It was perfect.
I had some trouble with shipments getting stolen or lost by the carrier service. Uplift Customer support team was incredibly helpful, so shout out to Sean and Bney for helping remedy the situation.
My desk was on back order so I called them up and asked if they could help me find something I could get sooner. Courtland was really kind and helped me pick out something that I could get sooner and even suggested I buy a better set of controls that would make it so I could automatically set the height, and it wasn't very expensive to add on which I appreciate.
Avalon was quick to respond and help me through all of my needs answering all of my questions and had me ordered and ready to go in no time.

Bought a new adjustable standing desk with a bunch of accessories. It arrived quickly, and works great. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but it definitely needed 2 adults.
It's four stars instead of five because I was a little disappointed in some of the accessories - that they require drilling into the underside of the desk, with no pre-made mount points. As a result, some are still sitting in their boxes until I have time to turn the desk back over and deal with them more carefully. (Accessories like the hammock, the drawer, etc. -- it's up to you to drill holes into your desktop.)
I stupidly lost a key piece of a monitor arm, and Danielle from the Uplift customer service dept was able to quickly find, quote, and ship a replacement. Thanks!

60" Saman Desk top arrived broken from the grommet down the length of the table. This was clearly horrid shipping (cough cough FEDEX, no surprise here) practices as you can see someone literally drove over the box and the entire thing was mangled.
Courtland Smith hooked it up when I contacted uplift with the issue. Quickly got my info and gave me multiple options for the table. I ended up replacing the top for free and was told I could do whatever with the broken one; repurpose it, sell it, trash, etc. They did an awesome job looking out for their customer
The Uplift desk system is the cream of the crop for quality desk/office furniture, particularly standing desks. We are repeat buyers. Uplift stands behind their quality with a long warranty and great support. In particular I wanted to mention their support agent Anthony Tipton who was able to address a concern we had, immediately, professionally, and very fairly. Excellent experience.
I was really shocked to learn about the 15-year warranty when I discover a crack on my desk after having it stored for more than a year in my storage room. It's rare to find companies so sure about their products that they stand by their products for this long. Even more, that they make the process of getting a replacement so easy.
