I got all my lovely items from Upkeepyoga safely, all in very good condition. The items are good looking and in good quality as well. The items arrived in weeks as promised and I was astound by the their packaging, it's beautiful and its protective. For Yogis indeed. I recommended their site to my friends already!

I purchased the photo light box and solar turntable from Upkeepyoga. When I eventually received them I was very disappointed. There was no branding on the package and no invoice which raised a red flag. When I opened the package the light box was fine, although somewhat overpriced. The turntable was broken due to the inadequate packaging. It was also a lot smaller than expected and of very poor quality. Something that cost $28.99 looked like it cost no more than $1.50 to make. I contacted the company and they wanted me to mail it back, refusing a refund. I am now expected to return it and wait for a replacement, which will take months. I am still waiting to hear about who is going to pay for the return shipping!
ZERO STARS: I purchased a lighbox that came damaged (broken plastic box as well as magnets falling off. They sent a replacement, only to see it had the same problem. They refuse to issue a refund or supply me with a free return shipping label unless I return the item back to China, which is more expensive than the item! Why should anyone have to pay for return shipping on an item that arrrived damaged! My credit card is refunding me the money, but that's not the point. It is my opinion that this company has bad business practices! Stay clear!
I have ordered an Incense Burner on October 15,2016, received it in pieces on November 22,2016. The same day I sent UPKEEPYOGA an email with a picture of my broken incense burner to ask for a refund or a replacement. Was promised a replacement. In December 2016 and January 2017, two of my emails were answered by thanking me for my patience. In February never received an answer to my two last emails. Today is February 22,2017. This burner cost me 40 Can $.
My aunt wants to give me a zodiac bracelet and a beach blanket for my birthday and i received it before my birthday and was so happy with it. Im putting this review as i love their product so much. Also thanks to my lovely aunt
I wish I had read the review prior to placing my order as I would have run a mile! I ordered four bracelets, the first two arrived after four weeks while the other two were sent individually and arrived seven and eight weeks after the order! Customer service non existent and it certainly was not worth the wait for the bracelets as they are cheap and nasty!

Their representatives were so patient with all of my questions regarding the product. And when the product arrived, IT WAS FANTASTIC! It's worth the wait. They are the epitome of a scam company! I ordered an "oil painting" that was three pieces and when put together was a picture of Buddha. What arrived (after 4-6 weeks, because they are in Singapore) was a cheap silk screen thing rolled up. I emailed them that I wanted to return it knowing full well that I would have to pay the shipping cost back. When I opened the roll to find 2 panels were exactly the same, I let them know I wouldn't not be paying the shipping back, since the item was defective. They still refused to pay the shipping back even when I sent a photo of what had arrived. After numerous emails back and forth, the most they offered to credit me was 70% of what I paid. To save the rest of my sanity I opened a claim with my credit card company and was very thankful they sided with me because the "item I got wasn't as described" There is a site similar to this one that lists multiple similar complaints. I wish I would've researched better before I gave them my money :(
When my product arrived i thought it wont be easier for me to open since instructions were not included in the package. But when i opened it. I was surprised! I can even used it witout any instrucrions. Very easy to use products!
