I have ordered an Incense Burner on October 15,2016, received it in pieces on November 22,2016. The same day I sent UPKEEPYOGA an email with a picture of my broken incense burner to ask for a refund or a replacement. Was promised a replacement. In December 2016 and January 2017, two of my emails were answered by thanking me for my patience. In February never received an answer to my two last emails. Today is February 22,2017. This burner cost me 40 Can $.
