Booked a stay on the south coast, three different hotels showed, one hotel a 4 star where we had stayed before and the other two 3 stars very disappointed and wrote an email to Unsold, they apologised as they had nothing else at the time. They offered a refund or make an other booking later. This service was excellent. Thank you unsold.
