I read all the information and considered it as being trustworthy. My husband & I are in our 70's so look forward to a holiday in Singapore.
I don't know why people keep saying this must be a scam. We have confirmation directly from the hotel, amazing prices if you are flexible on the hotel.

This was a Facebook sponsored ad, and I am so looking forward to this. It has been one hell of a year, I've only processed my card but so far everything is running smooth.
I just hope that when we go to actually book the hotel that we get some thing in the center of town. Had a 4 or 5 star category it certainly should be.
If I could give zero stars I would. We booked 3 nights in Banff.
We arrived with wet kids who had just been swimming to a hotel, only to be told there was no reservation. I immediately called unsold and they promised to fix it. An hour goes by, nothing. We leave the hotel to get out kids supper and call many times, escalating each time. Management finally calls us back after 7pm saying he is calling the hotel right that second to pay and fix this.
An hour goes by and no call back like we promised, so we call the hotel again. He never even called them. We called unsold back and now they're closed. We just had to pay $275 for one night here so our kids didn't have to sleep on the street.
Have stayed in hundreds (honestly) of hotels over the past 10 years, having booked on dozens of online sites and have NEVER been treated so poorly. I don't know what we are going to do tomorrow. I have honestly spent the first day of vacation crying from the stress of it all. I don't know what we will do tomorrow. I spent so much money planning this trip, gas, time off from work for my husband and it's all been ruined.
I booked a hotel for my vacation through Unsold's new membership program and I really wish I never even signed up.
The hotel room that I booked was supposed to be in the adults-only area of an otherwise huge chain hotel. I booked this room specifically because it was in an adults-only wing and because this type of room had access to a separate adults-only pool. Unsold's price was about 20% below what these rooms normally go for and they also gave me $50 off as a new member, so it was a good deal, however it was still a significant amount of money for only 3 full days ($800).
Since I read mixed reviews about Unsold's services, I was a little worried and about 4-5 days after booking, I decided to call the hotel itself and ask if they had my booking in their records. They did not.
I emailed Unsold and asked them what tha is about and thus began a weeks long correspondance with zero results. Turns out there was a "mapping issue" (whatever that means) on their part which put me in the wrong (cheaper general) part of the hotel. When I asked them to cancel the reservation for me because the site gives me no such option, they pretty much ghosted me.
There is NOTHING good about Unsold and they are not even trying to help. I am desperately fighting to get my money back before the free cancellation deadline in 5 days. I really want everyone to know: NEVER book through Unsold.
We booked Jackson Hole for September at the Snow King Resort and confirmed with hotel all set for our stay. My husband and I are avid hikers and look forward to hitting Yellowstone and Elk National Park.
I didn't travel yet using the Unsold deal but after being in Tokyo a few times I am sure I'll get a great hotel when the time comes. So happy thank you

I booked an Aus hotel. The rate was quoted in US but this was only in very small print.
They have now offered me a full refund so the complaint is resolved
It has done me well. I have safely used it for during this pandemic with excellent deals. I am headed to Tokyo, Bangkok, Hawaii, and Cancun(again). Wish you had airline deals too!
The price for a hotel in Paris is incredibly low! I also checked out reviews on Trustpilot and read the bad ones first. Most of the complaints had to do with people not being to book a weekend. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Don't book a weekend. You're still getting a fantastick deal. One woman was complainng about ONLY being able to book a 4 star and not a 5 star hotel. Oh, waaaaaaa. I checked out the hotel in question online and it was jawdroppingly beautiful. Other disgruntled people didn't like the hotel selection (Best Western, far from a 5 star hotel) but customer service seemed to jump on any problems and fix them. That's the most important thing. We're looking forward to GOING TO PARIS!
I booked a trip to Paris and due to my daughter's terminal illness, I needed to cancel. I bought my trip right before the pandemic and Unsold extended our time limit.
We communicated back and forth with different options of what we could do. They were gracious and very supportive. In the end I decided I needed to cancel trip and they agreed for a full refund.
In todays ‘s world, I have seen rude and disrespectful customer service people. BUT NOT AT UNSOLD.COM.
THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
For every trip i want to go on in the future, I will look to them first.

Asked a question but didn't see an answer, re whether this is transferable if I'm unable to use it.
Also, I saw that the price was in AUD, so was surprised that I was charged that amount in USD. Hopefully minor issues, and I hope I will be able to use this.
