Although I live in Victoria and the borders are closed, I love Queensland. I will be taking other Unsold Vacations so that my wife and I can get at least a week in two Queensland places.

Wanted to return to Barcelona and this is a great price. Once COVID has a vaccine and traveling restrictions lifted, this will be a great place to visit.
Very reasonably priced for 4nights away from being locked down, thanks to covid. I want to give back to communities hit hard from covid, bushfire etc.

About a year ago I purchased a five-day Hawaii hotel program from Unsold.com. My family decided to go to Waikiki this summer so I went online, reviewed the available hotels for our proposed travel dates and sent in a request for a reservation to Unsold.com. On May 29,2021, I received an email from Unsold.com confirming the reservation had been made as requested.
I waited about a week and then contacted the hotel to discuss the possibility of an upgrade. I was told no such reservation existed. No need to go into the details of what occurred after that other than to say the hotel was ultimately full due to the summer season and not only did I not have the ability to upgrade but I had no room at all. I was faced with a potential disaster for my family. However, at the darkest moment Unsold.com assigned an angel named Rhory to find a solution. I liken her to the Good Witch in the Wizard of Oz story who came down in the bubble and helped Dorothy. She took charge and worked a miracle. She asked me what hotel would satisfy my family. I informed her that we had a separate reservation at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort (our favorite hotel on the beach at Waikiki) which was scheduled to start after the Unsold.com reservation was to end. Rhory took the initiative and was able to make a reservation for us at the Outrigger Waikiki Resort in an upgraded room. The solution cost Unsold.com a substantial amount of money. She not only solved the problem but made the end result even better since now we would not have to change hotels or rooms.
Needless to say, I would not hesitate to use Unsold.com again. Kudos to Rhory for her dedication and negotiation skills.
We purchased a five night Hawaiian hotel package from Unsold. A year later we went online and booked a nice Waikiki beach hotel using our package. No problem. We received a clear confirmation from Unsold that we had a confirmed reservation with the selected hotel. Great. Based on the confirmation we booked airline tickets and other financial commitments in Hawaii. However, two weeks before departure date I called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation and discuss the possibility of upgrading the room. I discovered that we did not have a confirmed reservation. Moreover, the hotel rep informed me that the hotel was completely sold out. So I contacted Unsold. They confirmed, due to an alleged "booking error" that we did not have a reservation. Their solution? They offered to book us at another hotel around the corner from the very end corner of Waikiki Beach (across from the zoo). The rooms were small and cheap even though they represented it as a "four star" hotel. I declined. They said they would continue to search for a suitable replacement but we heard nothing back even after I called them. So our vacation was ruined. I lost a lot of money when I had to cancel the flights and other arrangements. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They offered to return our money to us. Such kindness.
