My experience was great at United Thread. My pickup order was great
I always receive my order quickly. If something is not available when I place my order they contact me to let me know and ask if I want to wait and have everything sent at the same time or have them send what they have. The only time I had a problem I contacted costumer service and they took cared of it quickly.

Item ordered was defective.(Mighty Hoops platform missing rubber foot) Contacted UT by email and was asked for picture. Submitted picture and did not receive any other feed back. Will call UT for followup. Shouldn't they be calling me (the customer) about an item I purchased from them that is DEFECTIVE and what is being done to remedy it?
Because of the approval First time shopper delayed my shipment. When It came it was worth the wait. My project turn our perfect and the Maderia threads made it so special.
I did speak with someone regarding the approval process. I was confused how to fill out the form asI had no scanner to scan the form I was informed I could take a picture on my I phone. Then it was easy. I would suggest you put that in your approval form. It would make it easier to understand t
When I tried to checkout using paypal, popup says I don't have to sign in to my tps account, but the page wouldn't load unless i signed in. So out of this, to my list of userid's and passwords. Finally found it, back to login, now it says shipping has changed and I need to do something about that. Shipping had not changed, but I poked a few buttons anyhow and put it back where it was. Finally let me place order. Yes, I will be back and I sing your praises all the time on FB pages, but I was frustrated - don't say I can purchase without logging in if I can't!

I sent an email before ordering asking if metalic thread was available in smaller spools. I waited 2 days but did not get a reply. I would have added the metalic thread to my order if it were available in smaller spools.
