United Thread

I prefer Isacord thread for my embroidery so I was excited to be able to stock up with larger spools of my favorite colors. The price I received was far better than any other place I shopped. Thanks for great service, too.

Website was easy to navigate. I was able to find the products I needed. Other than having to ship to my business partners home address rather than our actual business location because credit card billing address was different than shipping. Everything else was fine.

I forgot to enter a savings code and called to have it added to my order. I was told that a credit for the 20% difference from what was due after the credit and what I paid would be refunded to my credit card. This refund never happened!

Thread came packaged in a box with no damage and arrived quickly.

Would be easier if when one item is ordered and we hit 'go back to shopping' it would go where we left off.

I do not order from companies that I know use Fed Ex. We live in the country and they have trouble finding us.

And when I placed my order it was my understanding that I was ordering from Allstitch.com. I don't know how it got changed.

I ordered pre-wound bobbins for my embroidery machine along with thread. The thread arrived with no errors. I received an incorrect product for the bobbins. Two phone calls later the problem is not resolved. Generally I have not had a problem with United Thread.

Ordered thread and received a message that it had shipped but I never received it. Had to contact United Thread and after a long time and repeated calls, United thread finally shipped my replacement order. Took way longer than it should have taken.

Suggestion for the web site - when I add something to the cart and want to continue shopping, take me back to shopping, not back to the product I just ordered and then back to the shopping pages. If delivery is timely, I will be a happy camper.

Delivery was faster then I expected. I'm very pleased with United Thread and will be using it again

This is my go-to site for embroidery thread. Always fast and efficient service! After my order was placed, they contacted me promptly to let me know that one of the threads I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a couple of weeks. They asked whether I wanted to keep that on backorder or just get the other threads. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Jennifer helped me tremendously. I would have given up trying to figure out the size if it were not for her.

I did not like that I had to put the brackets on the hoop. I do not have the necessary tools - I had to borrow the phillips head and buy the 11/32 nut driver.

Love getting my thread here, but I was unable to redeem my rewards points this time. Could not find any info on site map to help or give details. In my act the redeem button would not complete the task. Also, love the thread I get but wish you carried more metallic thread colors in Yenmet.

This was the first time I ordered from United. I received my order today and was thrilled. I will definitely be placing another order as the value is wonderful and so is your staff and the quick order fulfillment.

I received the wrong color thread in a previous order (the numbers were off by one digit). However, when I called, Jennifer very quickly corrected the issue. In two days I received the correct color thread. Thank you Jennifer!

Shopping experience was great! I received the product I ordered in an appropriate time frame. The only thing that bothered me was the shipping price; the item I ordered costs $7 and shipping costs more than the item.
