This is the best place to buy Madeira Rayon thread. I first visited your location in Miami and am happy to be able to order it online in Virginia. There is no place near me that I can purchase Madeira thread.

Your email offered 20% off supplies (thread?), but when I added the code to my order, it said it was invalid. I am getting free shipping (first time order), but the two shouldn't be mutually exclusive. Frustrating.
My order came quickly, and was very well packaged.
Still frustrated that that discount (other than free shipping) wasn't given. That's why I gave only a 3-star rating.

Sorry I left a negative review before, I initially stated I didn't like this site because there was no search feature. I received an email from the company correcting me, that there is indeed a very robust search feature, I just couldn't find it. My apologies...

Prices are the lowest I have found! I wish you offered an expedited shipping option at the ground rate. It took over a week to get the items. To pay the 3-day fee make sth price no longer the lowest and puts it with everyone else.

Handling fees are un called for why should you get paid $ 7.00 to put a spool of thread in a shipping envelope and make money on the cost of shipping as well. You are getting paid tor the thread at a rate that everyone else is charging. I got charged $ 35.00 for 5 1000M rolls when I wanted 1 5000m roll that should have been in stock RIP OFF Company

The order email showed my larger and smaller items all under one tracking number. The smaller items showed up and that tracking number showed delivered. Messaged support about it and never got an answer. Larger item showed up via a different carrier a few days later so I got everything. I just never got notified of the other tracking number or got a response back on my inquiry.

I am very happy with the price of the 505 spray and offered free shipping! The price is the best I've seen so far. Can't wait to receive this product!

Your website is a little difficult to use. I knew the numbers of the Isacord I wanted but it was not made clear which number I should put in the quick order form. I put the thread numbers and that didn't work. I scrolled through all the threads adding them to my cart 1 at a time and the going back and forth from page to cart was cumbersome. I love Isacord thread, though, and I love the sale prices. Thank you!

I called to confirm over night shipping and the female I spoke with had taken the initiative to make it happen for me already without me having to speak to her. She had to go beyond the typical to do it. I can't say enough good about her or the company. I will always go to them first. ThankYou!

Made the order on Apr 4th. For overnight! Had a project to do! Expected it would have ship that Friday, but it didn't, until I emailed the company! Then I got a invalid tracking number for the weekend. Order showed up Monday the 8th. I guess you think that was great

I was a little surprised at the cost of shipping. I thought that the handling was my shipping. I think you are very high on shipping. You had what I needed but high on shipping cost. I guess I'm used to Amazon's free shipping on almost everything. I don't mind 5 or 6 dollars for shipping but this seems way over priced.

I was delighted to find I could get the quality thread I wanted at a very reasonable price. I always want it yesterday, and the delivery time is the only thig I would like to see faster, but I am very satisfied overall and have already placed another order and will very soon be placing yet another one.

Ordering today was not as easy as usual. Had trouble checking out as your system was not allowing. However, as usual, once checked out the delivery of my order was seamless and on time. I do wish there was a better selection of metallic thread but I understand there just may not be a big call for them.

I wish your order page had a click button under each color and does not go to order page each time and then have to refresh to get to view all colors,also wish I could just see certain colors at once.

You had all the items in stock and good pricing and free shipping on first order, I received my order completely in one shipment.

I love ordering from you. I am a hobby embroiderer and live in Michigan. I often fill my cart and then look at the shipping and decide I can't afford the shipping and handling. I wish you had a standard shipping fee for other states. I was in Florida so I could go ahead and order.
