Unitedtps customer service contacted me to let me know an item I ordered was out of stock and suggested a substitute. After I chose a substitute, my order was shipped and arrived promptly. Everything I ordered was just as I expected. I am very satisfied with their customer service, products, and pricing.

I own 3 embroidery machines and have found that Isacord Thread works best with my machines. I always watch for sales at UT because these prices cannot be beat! I can purchase colors that I dont have and add to my collection as well as replace the colors I use the most and always seem to run low on.

Had problems with the shipping fee, you answered me but i had problems getting back to my original order...had to cancel it and re order. The isacord thread chart is advertised with FREE shipping but you change shipping unless i order over 15.00 i don't this this is good advertising.

Waiting forever for order to arrive, unable to call Friday afternoon, have spebt 45 min trying to open my account to see if the order ever shipped. Totally impossible to open my account after trying 6 times. Needed the order for tomorrow, not even phone help!

I can get ANY color I need. I needed my last order for a last-minute Christmas gift. I ordered it less than a week before Christmas so I wasn't sure I would even get it in time. I got it in a couple of days and had time to make the gift. It always gets here fast and it is correct.

As ALWAYS, United Thread has superior service, great prices, fast, accurate shipping, and wonderful customer service. It's my go-to shop for Isacord and Madeira threads. This time I purchased some embroidery snips, and am very satisfied with the quality of them.

My only issue was that I thought the order went through but it had not. I usually get a reminder from UnitedTPS that I still have items in my cart but this time I didn't, for some reason, so my order was delayed but it was delayed because I missed a click somewhere. Make sure you go through all the steps to complete your order!

I thought I would receive a copy of the Isacord thread colors with the purchase of four cones of thread...it's very difficult to tell what color you're ordering just from looking at the computer screen...2 of the colors weren't what I thought they would be. Otherwise, very happy...if you could possibly send a pamphlet with the actual colors, I would order more:-) Thankyou!

Good I choose the wrong size. I placed a new order via USPS priority mail. I placed on 25th and still have not received them. This is the 30th. I am 4 weeks behind on a very large order. Please advise.

I was thrilled to find your web sute with Maderia thread. I was also thrilled to receive my order in such timely fashion. I will certainly shop with you again when I have a need for Maderia embroidery thread.

I never received my package. FedEx said it was delivered but I never saw it. U reported it to United Thread and within a couple of hours I got phone calls fro FedEx and UT. Within a few days I got the reshipment. THANK YOU! I really appreciate the promptness of your solution.

United was excellent in processing my order. The problem was with the shipping carrier. It took from June 10 to the 14th to get to Texas, then sat there for a week. I finally received my order yesterday, June 22. The order was correct, excellent packing, JUST SHIPPING. It did take customer service from Wednesday to today (Sunday) to respond to my email.

Appreciate your low prices, product quality and no shipping. I've enjoyed using the thread and all my projects have turned out beautifully. Thanks so much!

Found exactly what I needed from United Thread through a Google search, and found it almost $100 less than amount my local dealer quoted for the exact same item. Ordering was very easy.

Great selection, good prices. Would like to see more metallic thread colors in stock, but I assume you can get them. I'll contact when I'm ready to order.
