Received my order quickly so I was able to get some things done for Christmas. Madiera thread is always exceptional and adds to the embroidered designs.
Ordered on the 6th...package showed a usps label was created that day 9:15 pm...on the next Tuesday it still showed the same...called and was advised that they had no way to see if it was actually sent but offered to send out a new order...i called usps and they said they never received it. Called you back and was advised the same...received the package like later in the week. Not happy with shipping time cause I am located in central Florida.
