Your email offered 20% off supplies (thread?), but when I added the code to my order, it said it was invalid. I am getting free shipping (first time order), but the two shouldn't be mutually exclusive. Frustrating.
My order came quickly, and was very well packaged.
Still frustrated that that discount (other than free shipping) wasn't given. That's why I gave only a 3-star rating.
I forgot to enter a savings code and called to have it added to my order. I was told that a credit for the 20% difference from what was due after the credit and what I paid would be refunded to my credit card. This refund never happened!

Ordering today was not as easy as usual. Had trouble checking out as your system was not allowing. However, as usual, once checked out the delivery of my order was seamless and on time. I do wish there was a better selection of metallic thread but I understand there just may not be a big call for them.
