I cancelled my order in full after a call from your customer service department indicating the hoop I had ordered didn't fit my machine. At that point I cancelled the other item on my order (bobbins) since I had added them only to get my order total to a dollar amount that I would be charged no shipping. Instead the bobbins were shipped.
