This was my first
Order and I will be making them my go to for embroidery supplies. Fast delivery excellent customer service and full stock of thread colors.

UPS left package on porch and it rained all day. The box was soaking wet.
Next time I will leave instructions to have them delivered after 3PM when someone can be home to receive it.

I was disappointed with shipping this time. It took two weeks to get from Florida to California and I had to pay shipping. There was no way to track the package from the e-mail they sent to me.

Love the Madeira Poly neon thread! Shopped here before and will continue to. Love your website! I only wish that the shipping was cheaper. A lot of my embroidery friends won't pay this much shipping charges.

Great product got just what I expected,no surprises. The only thing that could be better is if the colors shown on the site could be closer to the actual thread, I know it's hard because of so many shades.

When I received my Mighty Hoop it was for the wrong machine. I called and your team handled it very quick and sent the right connectors. My points were not put into my account and my attempts through cusonter service have gone unanswered.

I have been pleased with buying my thread from here. The shipping costs are fair. I only had one time when my shipment was lost, but they promptly sent it out again.

Our embroiderer orders enough thread that there should be 6 in each box and not laying individually. When they are not the thread is coming off and tangled. Please

Generally I've only had good experiences with United Thread. The website is easy enough to use and place orders. I wish the shipping was a little faster given that I'm fairly nearby but that's really not a huge deal to me.

I had some questions on my order and then needed to make a subscription. Great customer service and rapid responses. Love the thread!

Only problem I was worried thread was in envelope so USPS crammed it in my mailbox, could have very easily ruined the cones. They look ok but have not yet begun the long arm quilting process. Dented or damaged spools do not let thread come off cone appropriately. A box to ship would be much better!
