United is my new go to for all my thread supply. Associates are always pleasant and helpful. When I placed my first order it stated free shipping, but I was charged. Called and a credit was issued to me and the girl who took my call was extremely helpful. I really like the way you handle orders and your customer service is outstanding. Thanks for going above and beyond for your customers.

I ordered my product on Jan 30th and didn't receive it until 2/13. Two weeks? I want to use United, but I'm just getting started and if I were relying on you for business needs, I would have lost orders! 2 weeks isn't really acceptable in today's standards. It's an online order world!

Excellent service. Order held up be cause of a backorder, but somehow your e-mail asking what I wanted to do never came through. (I check my junk mail every day.) This caused a huge delay for my business, but when I called it was shipped immediately. Thank you.

Love your site. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars for shopping experience was because I could not seem to redeem my points today as the tab kept crashing as I tried. I guess I'll do it next time. Sure wish you offered more Yenmet metallic thread colors as I would buy all colors!

I ordered supplies hoping I'd get them right away, I received them in no time without express shipping.
I was in the middle of a project and it felt like a couple of days from ordering, my shipment was at my door step. How awesome is that!

Wonderful customer service. I received a call alerting me that one of the colors I ordered was discontinued and gave me the opportunity to make another color selection. I intend to purchase all my thread from United!

On you your shipping. I think you charge by price I haven't figured it out yet. But I wanted five sets of needles which would have taken up barely any room. However I would have had to have paid $3 more shipping. It would have fit in the $7.95 box easily. So instead of ordering what I want I play a game of what is going to keep me with the lowest shipping price.

A couple of days after I placed my thread order I got a call saying that 2 of my colors were on back order but would be in the next day. They wanted to know if I was okay for them to wait one more day to mail the order out so that all my colors would be included in the same mailing. I think that was great customer service and will order again.

First time user. Overall everything went well. Only down side was shipping took longer than I liked but was reasonable and all else was good. I would order from you again and recommend you to friends.

The website is very user friendly, I had no trouble looking for the items suggested. Because I'm new to embroidery I had no idea of why every one had so much thread. This website offered my an opportunity to see and obtain what I needed from one location.

My dealings with the web site were great. The web site was easy to navigate. I found what I wanted easily. My only negative is no tracking info supplied so I didn't know when to expect my delivery. Other than that I am very satisfied with products and service. I will order again!

Other that finding it hard to determine the actual colors of your threads because you have cartoon pictures and not physical pictures- it was fine. I did look and order from another site because I could see an actual spool of thread.

Website was easy to use with a great selection of threads and colors. Quick shipping and great packaging. Came in boxes I can keep for storing the larger spoils and keep dust off. This was my first order. I will order again.

I've been looking for these specific thread colors in the Medeira brand, but all my normal suppliers have been sold out for a long time, and other places I tried ended up emailing me after I ordered, saying they were out. I'm so glad United Thread came through! Good Price and Shipping

I always have a great experience. I usually have the numbers of threads I need and just put them in on the quick form. I've have only had one issue where I didn't get my order and I truly think some one took it off my porch. I contacted customer service immediately and it was replaced quickly and all was well.

Received my order quickly. Packaged well. I was able to complete my customers order very fast.
