Generally I've only had good experiences with United Thread. The website is easy enough to use and place orders. I wish the shipping was a little faster given that I'm fairly nearby but that's really not a huge deal to me.
I had some questions on my order and then needed to make a subscription. Great customer service and rapid responses. Love the thread!
Only problem I was worried thread was in envelope so USPS crammed it in my mailbox, could have very easily ruined the cones. They look ok but have not yet begun the long arm quilting process. Dented or damaged spools do not let thread come off cone appropriately. A box to ship would be much better!
These people in my personal opinion are very responsible, inclusive when a material is not available at that time, they contact you to see what the options are and if you agree, for them customer service is the main thing, so you can buy from this company.

I received my order. I can only give you three stars because of your oppressive handling charge for orders under $50. I deal with other companies that sell the same products as you and they do not have this ridiculous type of charge.

Wish you could skip the surcharge for small orders...I am just embroidering in my home and not a real business. With shipping charges being what they are, the surcharge makes my orders seem pretty expensive even with your good prices.
I enjoyed my shopping experience except for a few questions, and they were quickly answered from a phone call. I absolutely love the thread! Now I can use all the colors that my design calls for, without having to substitute and sometimes even guess. After all, the creators of the beautiful designs I spend so much money on, know the best combinations for the end result. It was, and will be a pleasure doing business with United Threads! I like the products and service is always reliable. It would be great if I could also see FedEx shipping rates before checkout-- for my order they ended up being cheaper than UPS Ground. I almost bought elsewhere because of the shipping cost... but selecting FedEx at checkout reduced shipping by $5.
Loved the prices and the free shipping on first order, thought it was a little weird that u sent me emails on my shopping cart waiting... i always like to take my time and make sure this is what i want before i buy. But thank you

I ordered several items that were pre-order, so I knew the wait was going to happen, but I was not notified when the order did ship, it just showed up. I would have liked some tracking. Also, the packing list I got had a nice 10% off coupon for your next order, but it expired 12/31/17 and I got my package today, 1/10/18!

It was great experience with the representative. However, I would have placed my order a week earlier if their website was working. I really think a large company should fix web issues it would attract more customers and cause less frustration.
Without thinking I placed my order the night before hurricane Irma was due to arrive. The next morning I received a phone call explaining that my order would be late and why (evacuation). I was impressed that this company took the time to call their customers and offer options (I could cancel) when they were faced with a massive hurricane. I'm only a home enthusiast so my little order was relatively "peanuts" compared to the companies they deal with. It was nice to know that all orders are valuable to them. They have made a loyal customer for life.
It was my first order. I never got an email confirming my order. I even did a email search to see if it went somewhere else like junk mail. There were no results. I called several days later and my order had shipped that day I assume, but again, I did not receive an email. Just was told by the kind lady working on getting me my info. Other than that everything was great.

Very frustrated trying to log in to my account. Tried changing password and could not access account. Had to use a secondary email in order to process order. Unfortunately, it's Saturday, so help was not available...but I'm also happy to see that your company gives a weekend of rest!
***Amended: Great help on Monday morning when I called customer service. I was able to revise my order and received my shipment by Friday. Great service!
