This is a fantastic woman-owned small business. I watch her videos (she's a very talented artist) and decided to hit her amazing Christmas sales. Because they were so amazing, the orders took a while to ship - she runs the business by herself. She made sure to keep everyone informed about progress and sent tracking info as soon as it was shipped. Despite everything, the order was well packed and even included a cute Christmas card (with my name spelled correctly, something my high school diploma can't claim). Definitely plan to keep supporting this business!

I love this crafty wonderland…so many useful products and great value. The customer service is world class! I love my circular washi tape…they embellish die cuts beautifully for an efficient clean and simple card.

I was thrilled with my Crafty Meraki experience. Shopping was easy and I was able to get a fantastic price on absolutely gorgeous stamps, dies, and embellishments. The package was shipped super fast and arrived packaged in a fun and enticing package that included a small free gift along with a personalized note! As a card maker, I am always looking for new stamp companies. This was my first experience with Crafty Meraki and I know I will be back for sure. Everything is high quality and I can't wait to use it all!

I ordered a matching stamp, die and stencil on May 27th. When I received my order on June 9th, the incorrect stamp was sent. I notified the owner immediately and she sent me a shipping label to return the incorrect stamp which I did on June 11th. I had not heard back or received a shipping notification on when my correct stamp would be mailed. I assumed it would have been sent out immediately as it was their error and not mine. I finally emailed her today and asked when the correct stamp would be shipped. I received a one word response "Tomorrow". I emailed her back and asked her to send me the tracking number so I could track my package. I then received an email from her saying something went wrong in her system when she went to mark the stamp returned (it wasn't returned, the wrong stamp was returned that wouldn't have shown being taken out of inventory) and her system credited me. She said sorry for the inconvenience and the order was closed. She was not sending the correct stamp that I ordered. So I now have a die and a stencil, but no stamp. Terrible customer service and I will not order from her again.

Crafty Meraki has a great variety of craft supplies. Their service is spot on and personal. They want to please their customers.

Everything I ordered (a lot) came promptly, packaged to protect, and was almost exactly as described--the little tubs of "jewels" I ordered were far more beautiful in person than the photos could show.

I encourage you to give this company a try--if we don't keep small businesses in business, we're going to lose them and the personal touches they offer.
