Crafty Meraki

I had been trying to order a MISTI for my niece for almost a month. Just happened to click on this company's link from a blog I was reading and they had one! I ordered it and it was delivered within the week. She is so excited to use it! Thank you!

1. Why am I writing this review? - I fully support small business, anyone who thinks starting a business is not difficult needs to check out someone who is hoping to make a go of their business. 2. The shop owner Bindu is a delight, her voice sings of laughter and her expertise is well appreciated. 3. The products carried by the shop are from the leading craft suppliers in the USA. The owner also has a wonderful line of products that she has created. 4. Service - excellent, shipping on time and right to the buyers front door/mailbox. 5. Creativity - on target - her own creations will delight and inspire any crafter, novice to very well advanced. 6. Here is the most important factor - would I buy from Crafty Meraki again - 100% yes, do I recommend the owner and shop - 100% yes. Please give Bindu a try, I pinkie promise you will not be disappointed.

This company is unreal! Not only did my order get to me in 2 days, they sent me the most lovely, handwritten thank you note for supporting small businesses. I ordered a matching stamp, die and stencil on May 27th. When I received my order on June 9th, the incorrect stamp was sent. I notified the owner immediately and she sent me a shipping label to return the incorrect stamp which I did on June 11th. I had not heard back or received a shipping notification on when my correct stamp would be mailed. I assumed it would have been sent out immediately as it was their error and not mine. I finally emailed her today and asked when the correct stamp would be shipped. I received a one word response "Tomorrow". I emailed her back and asked her to send me the tracking number so I could track my package. I then received an email from her saying something went wrong in her system when she went to mark the stamp returned (it wasn't returned, the wrong stamp was returned that wouldn't have shown being taken out of inventory) and her system credited me. She said sorry for the inconvenience and the order was closed. She was not sending the correct stamp that I ordered. So I now have a die and a stencil, but no stamp. Terrible customer service and I will not order from her again.
