I ordered a matching stamp, die and stencil on May 27th. When I received my order on June 9th, the incorrect stamp was sent. I notified the owner immediately and she sent me a shipping label to return the incorrect stamp which I did on June 11th. I had not heard back or received a shipping notification on when my correct stamp would be mailed. I assumed it would have been sent out immediately as it was their error and not mine. I finally emailed her today and asked when the correct stamp would be shipped. I received a one word response "Tomorrow". I emailed her back and asked her to send me the tracking number so I could track my package. I then received an email from her saying something went wrong in her system when she went to mark the stamp returned (it wasn't returned, the wrong stamp was returned that wouldn't have shown being taken out of inventory) and her system credited me. She said sorry for the inconvenience and the order was closed. She was not sending the correct stamp that I ordered. So I now have a die and a stencil, but no stamp. Terrible customer service and I will not order from her again.
