Ordered a white powder-coated flag pole and received a satin aluminum model that was labeled white powder coated. The company advised me that their provider had mislabeled their entire inventory and no powder-coated units were available. They offered a refund for the price difference or a return. Their provider did them a disservice and I ended up keeping the satin model with some disappointment. I chose not to tackle repackaging the pole for a return

Great site & prices, totally happy with the quality of the flags. My only caveat (hence the four stars) is that about four of the small flags I ordered were shipped folded and smashed. The rest of them (20-something) were shipped nicely packed and flat or rolled, but I'm still working on smoothing out the ones that came folded strangely. Overall I would definitely purchase from them again!
I love it that you have so many size options for these American Flag buntings. I use them on the railings of my wrap around porch for special occasions, especially the Fourth of July!

They were all in great quality, except for a few that were not packaged, and those came a bit crumpled which keeps me from a five star. However, this place is great and I will order from them again.
