Don't get this app

I got the app to try for one month, I paid $25. That's ok! Then, I received the receipt for $ 25 but I checked my credit card and there are two other charges for things that I got it without knowing. I requested the refund within the next 24 hours of getting the fu…ing app and they say that my request doesn't meet the criteria and they won't refund a single dollar. Can you imagine that? They basically stole more than $100.

Terrible company

I signed up for the fitness app and accidentally hit the meal subscribe button. Within less than one hour of realizing this mistake, I contacted the company for a refund and it was very quickly declined. AVOID this company. They also claim a 4.8 out of 5 rating from Sitejabber which is a lie.

SCAM COMPANY

This company is 100% a scam. They advertise a service, take money from your account, and then will not respond when a refund is requested. I cancelled my account immediately after finding out the service wasn't available in my area,and asked for a refund of the 121$ they took. Multiple emails have been sent with no response. Avoid this "service" at all costs. They are lying thieves.

Money issues

I saw an add about this company last month.Should have known all they wanted was my card information.Had to pay $3.99 just to open the app.But I decided to cancel after looking at the prices. So low and behold they took $29.99 out of my account on December 3.They claimed I didn't cancel my subscription.And they refuse to refund my money.

My 17 year old daughter made a mistake and immediately informed these people that she wanted to cancel. We communicated to them multiple times that the order was a mistake and needed to be corrected. They didi not respond for over 24 hours. Although the cancellation was made within minutes of the order Elizabeth just responded and stated sorry we are keeping your money, They are HIGHLY unethical. We recommend not doing business with these people.

If I see a major spelling error in an ad*, I don't click on it. If a company can't even be bothered to proofread their own marketing material before posting for an unlimited # of ppl to see, they clearly don't care too much about their reputation. If that's the case, then they certainly won't care about bad reviews or the disappointed customers who wrote them. They get in, make as much money as possible before their reputation catches up to them and sales grind to a halt, then they get out, leaving their clients holding the bag. Then they go on a nice vacation with all of the money they "made" (your money), regroup, and start it all again under a new name. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

*Check out their spelling of "BEGINNERS" in the headline of their ad—in big, bold, black lettering. That's a red flag—donʼt ignore them.

Just as some of the other reviews stated, they include items that you deselected and suggest "swapping" the recipe for something else. That's ridiculous - the whole appeal of this to me was that it's supposed to be customized to YOU and your preferences. I intended to use the app and just insert foods I was eating (like you would do with other popular meal tracking apps) and was highly disappointed in this as well. I searched for a common name-brand food and got a bunch of other random results. Contacted for a refund and was told no after a week of no response, however I was offered a free 3 months! Thanks for subscribing me even more so to a service I dislike - not! There's a reason they don't offer a trial - it's to scam you. I would highly recommend avoiding.

Horrible costumer service. Testing the app out for my wife before sending it to her. Used it for less than 2 hours and cancelled. Thinking I'd get my money back with their 30 day money back guarantee. What they hide in the fine print is that you can't get your money back unless you jump through other hopes. So they have lost 1 costumer because my wife will no longer support the corruption this company has.

I downloaded the app and it was rubbish. Not worth a single penny. Tried to get refund within 5 minutes of purchasing but they told me I don't meet criteria for a refund! It's a scam. Avoid at all costs. Much better apps to use. Don't use them. Terrible customer service.

I did not want this app and quite frankly, do not remember why I signed up. I have used several other apps just fine. Two weeks ago I was hit with an auto renew - and they absolutely refuse to refund my money. Again, I can not comment on it because it was not compelling enough for me to use. Make sure to check your auto renew status!

*** UPDATE JUNE 19 *** I did receive a refund. I am not sure if it was because of all the noise I caused or engaging with PayPal. Lesson learned - be vigilant on this app about renewal! ****** End of Update *****

SCAM - avoid

This site and app is a scam. Avoid. They offer a 30 day money back (unqualified guarantee) and when you cancel and try to rely on it within that time they abdicate all responsibility. See picture below - the guarantee is a lie. Most telling is they refer to this site and claim a 4.8 rating review which as you can see is incorrect. This is a dodgy offshore company. BEWARE! These people are scammers.

Another victim

My wife got the subscription and they tried to withdraw money four times within minutes of her signing up. The first two were significant amounts and were approved and paid. The second two were denied by the bank because she did not have enough money in the account. She was only supposed to pay for the first month but instead they try to get multiple months worth of payments. It wasn't until after she realized she was in trouble with this company that she was able to put a stop in the bank. She reached out to them at least to get refund for one month, but we have yet to see anything happen. I'm only glad she was limited with cash in the account. Otherwise they would've kept withdrawing all her money. Lesson learned, always check the reviews for any online company.

Thieves

Fraudsters and thieves, professional only for scams and lies. Once you pay them a subscription, they will invent and charge a new one even before the previous subscription expires. Beware, it's organized crime! And their menus are too bad, they repeat the same recipe over and over again. If you don't want to have your money stolen from your account, avoid these thieves! One big NO!

This company is only interested in your money not customer service. The plans are not customized and only provide preset algorithms. When you take the time to fill out the survey, you dont get your choices then you are told to go in alter them. A lot of your effort with limited support unless you pay.

I did not sign up for this site. I had to Google it to see what it was. It says no refunds. I have been paying for this service for MONTHS and had no idea. I only found it when I downloaded Rocket Money. This site with o e star has to be a scam! Horrible horrible customer service, if you can call it that. Can't find a number. Their response indicated "(their) AI determined I wish to cancel my subscription." TF. Can your AI see I have never used this mess and give me a refund for all the months my money was taken from my account!?!?!?!?

They will charge you extra over extra. I got charges 116 dollars when i just chose 1 month service on 21cents per day. Horrible refund services. They won't process your refund beside it being their fault. There are way better options out there which have fair value as well as ethical practices unlike unimeal.

I took a 9.99$ subscription for a week. Normally speaking, i immediately cancel it to avoid renewals. I didn't do it - big mistake - and i saw they took 39.99$ as renewal. If i have a subscription of 1 week, then they can only renew with 1 week is my logic. Of course, a pure nightmare to get a refund. And it clearly shows in their T&C as shown in the picture attached. CROOKS.

I paid once and that was the first mistake. After the payment I found out that I had to pay more for what I really needed it for. To my surprise 3 months later they charged a lot larger amount from my paypal. They dont want to give it back. Thieves they are!

I signed up at 19.50 USD to give it a trial as I wanted to lose 3 kg over 1 month which as per advertising its easily to achieve. After that I got another automated deduction of 29.96 USD and 59.98 ( through paypal without authorisation. I tried to get the refund through their customer services which seems to be impossible. "BE AWARE" this is a scam. I totally regret this purchase, also be aware if you purchase it though the website you cannot cancel it through the App, the App also does not appear on the "subscriptions"on you iPhone.
