First ever company to refuse a refund, ever. I contacted within 5 hours of purchase to cancel what I thought to be a workout application and their deceptive advertisement had me believing I had to purchase to use the workout app. I fault the workout app. As well for not using name anywhere in app making me think that UNIMEAL was the apps main company. After being refused refund for what was clearly a mistake I was tagged in emails regarding refund for a week before being notified on a Saturday my refund request was refused. My Credit Card holder agrees to the scam being I only ok'd 25.99 purchase and was charged 3x the amounts.
I agree with the reviews listed earlier. Everything is designed to take your money and, they refer to the refund policy, which in short means NO REFUNDS. Extremely kind, everything ends that they will do everything but NO REFUNDS. Of course, no one reads all the small letters, but that's the trap and that's why AVOID THIS APPLICATION if you don't want to waste money.They have fraud on the ratings, only 2 out of 5 stars and it turns out that there are the best but it's also SCAM! CHECK YOURSELF!
When you enter the web site it's all up sale, you can cancel but no refund which they state you can get before you purchase.

They will charge for unnecessary one on one coach, and i didnt subscribe it and they charged me. I asked for refund they said it is not aligned with their refund policy. It said $18 then they will charge you $60 for something you dont ask.

I purchased a subscription on the nutrition part worth 30.93 dollars that I paid through Googlepay. Immediately after payment another 83.29 dollars was debited from my account without notification. I emailed a complaint but did not even get a reply that it was received.
Conclusion Unimeal Company based in Cyprus are thieves! Unbelievable what can happen with some applications that at first glance seem ok.

UniMeal is a deceptive and untrustworthy company—avoid them at all costs. I am in the process of disputing unauthorized charges with my bank and will also file a complaint with the FTC. This company's primary goal seems to be obtaining your credit card information. They will charge you not only for the service you signed up for but also for expensive, hidden services you never agreed to. These additional charges are not disclosed upfront, and you'll only notice them later in your bank transactions. When you reach out to their customer service, they enforce a strict zero-refund policy, even if you report the issue immediately after discovering the charges. Stay far away from this company to protect yourself from financial harm.
I am writing this review to warn people not to subscribe Unimeal because it's a 100 % scam. And to save yourself from stress and frustration that it causes. The company is from cyprus and their nutritionist is Jane Dobrynina. At first i was attracted by their advertisement and i think it's good for my health. I signed up for a one month trial that cost 18 euro and paid. I got the App and try to register. I received notification from my bank and i was upset when I saw two (2) charges. Yes 2 different charges from unimeal. The 18 euro is okay because I signed for it but the other deduction which is 59 euro is totally not okay! They won't even inform you about this hidden deduction, i mean try to think of it, why will they tell us about 2nd deduction when it is not scam, only scammers will do such move. Telling people to pay just this price but the truth is that they will deduct additional price without consent. I unsubscribe right away and now i am fighting for refunds.
This is my experience
This app is a scam! They provide a different amount on their webpage and deduct another big amount from the user's PayPal or bank account. And after all this they will not even provide any meal plan and suggest the user to consult with a doctor!
And for giving this suggestion they will deduct user's hard earned money in auto renewal mode from the user every month including tax on it!

They charge a subscription of 99$ every 3 months, for what you originally paid 25$ and the content does not change or improve. I used it for 2 days because it is useless.

I am a vegetarian, they offered me 80% seafood lunches. They took money from my account without any problems. Run away!

I used their software for a month back in April and then cancelled it. However, I recently noticed a charge of €49 on my statement for a one-month plan. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they claimed there was no record of my cancellation and refused to issue a refund. Be cautious if you're just trying out this software or plan to use it for a short time—they keep your payment details and can charge you unexpectedly
Was charged for 3 month subscription that I did not agree to. Contacted support to ask for a refund immediately after money was taken, and they refused. All they can say is that I must have agreed to the terms, they can't provide any single proof that i actually subscribed.
They sent me a receipt claiming i subscribed but I did not.
Looking online, I can now see so so many people have had the same experience. This company should be reported.

I signed up for this today. Within 15 minutes, I cancelled the subscription because the content was rubbish and didn't apply to Asian type of diet. They were very very ambiguous with their marketing. I also realized there's recurring fee which was not mentioned at all. Contacted their support and they refuse to refund. They said my request does not fall under their allowed criteria or condition. Seriously 15 minute into it and this is not an allowed case then no cases will be allowed for refund. This is how they scam people.

Answer: They cream you but by bit. No mention of recurrence but they are going to bill you monthly basis.
