I'm new to the product (not yet 2 weeks), so longer term benefits have not had time to accrue. However, I quickly noticed improved "regularity" (with no uncomfortable urgency), and the flavor of the drink is very pleasant and simple to prepare. A couple of issues: 1. It took me a phone call to the company to locate the hidden white plastic scoop that is buried and hidden at the bottom of the container since it matches and thus disappears in the white powder. I suggest that UHL change the color to bright and visible, clearly indicate the precise measurable volume it holds (approximately 1.5 tsp), and *clearly indicate on the label that there is a scoop inside the container*. 2. The powder may be "denser" than earlier versions, but it is still very light and way too easy to inhale the powder. Be careful.

Very unhappy with the product and their customer service. Attempting to send product back and it is not working out for me. They sent me a return label, but it is like no other return I have ever seen. I tried calling company and left messages to no avail. It's been 2 weeks no one has contacted me. So $83 down the drain.

SCAM. Tried as directed, no results. Waste of money and time. Then denied a refund. Absolutely horrible. Live agent, kicked me out of chat 2 times with a wait 3 to 4 minutes and I'll come back then all that shows on the screen thank you. Jorge ended the chat, itzy just disappeared, then I got Jorge back who played the victim. So sad these are their tactics.

Great flavor, I mix with 12 oz. Hawaiian Punch, have used for over a year. Highly recommend. It may not be for everyone, but it worked for me!
I stayed on a modified Keto, did simple exercise routine 3X/week, saw results 1st week lost 5 lbs.

I was billed the appropriate amount. I received my order timely, & a bonus of multi metabolic 5 pills! Randy Jackson did have gastric bypass surgery, but so did I & that surgery ALONE doesn't cause you to lose all your weight. You have to commit to exercise, & a healthy diet...bottom line! The reviewers having issues finding the scoop...really?!? Complaining about the powder being so fine it could be harmful to their lungs, because of the dust...lol Come on, get real, open the jar, fill the scoop up, put it in your water, & put the lid back on! I use a funnel & put it in a water bottle...then shake, shake, shake, & shake some more. (Only 8oz of water) It does take a bit to dissolve. You drink it once a day. The multi metabolic 5 pills are taken 1 pill 2x a day. I will update my review in a few weeks to say whether or not the regimen has improved my gut health, or if I've noticed any other benefits!

I can really see the difference in the level of my cravings especially for carbs. I did not see any much weight loss but I felt my fat is thinner and my friends and family noticed it too. I will definitely going to order when my stocks is low. The good taste allowed me to drink more water too which I like to do for a long time to drink 3 Liters of water everyday. This product gave me this great opportunity. I also feel that my leaky gut and IBS is improving. I am a nurse of more than 30 yrs clinical experience and I can tell the improvement in my gut health and I definitely know how important it is. I have not prepared pics yet to prove the difference but I will soon send it. I have a niece who does not drink water much coz she hates the taste of plain water and I let her taste it and she said she liked the taste.

Love this product it tastes good and it works I lost 20lbs already told my sister about it and she loves it! My first order I was scammed by the person on the phone they took over 1,000 out my account then I ordered again and it was great!

I am 55 yr. Female, always had stomach issues. Getting older, I am experiencing indigestion worse than ever...even when I don't eat! I wake up with an empty stomach, yet still feel awful. Doctors are no help. So I bought my first jar about 2 and a half years ago. I was hopeful. My first few weeks, it made my stomach aches subside, but introducing any new product to your body works at first. So, to save money, I bought 3 jars and used them. There is only 30 servings per jar, so I have consumed a lot of jars over 20 jars I used more than once per day sometimes. My last interaction with customer service, I ended up buying 6 jars (for a lot of money). Buy 3 get 3 free or something like that. Now, here I am after consuming this stuff for over 24 months I still have 4 jars I don't want and won't use. I don't like that the powder is so finely ground, it ascended into the air as I was using it. It gagged me and made me cough. Then, even after shaking vigorously for 2 minutes, it was still chunky and didn't blend well, so I had to use my blender. Not quick and easy. It is beyond tart when drinking it, almost burning my throat, so I would just slam it down. I am not using it any longer and trying to get rid of 4 jars. Customer service won't take them back. I have had several emails and chats with customer service over the last 2 years for different topics and none of them were good experiences.

First of all, that little invisible dust floating in the air after a scoop is taken, is inhaled and makes us cough. Not good for the lungs and sneeze uncontrollably. Even if we turn our head away or try to avoir the invisible dust. There is a spicy taste to the strawberry lemonade. I can't do spices at all. My mouth and throat burns.
On the second container and all we get is lots of gas. Still no weight loss or health benefits yet. Since taking this, my hubby has had 2 toes amputated due to being diabetic, so heath doesnt change either.
Lots of products in there i already use, thought for sure this was a good thing. What a disapointment. Should know better then to buy online.
I do not recommend. We have tried better products and will just look into continuing those instead. Youngivity was one that worked very well. But expensive and liquid form.
Sry, not impressed. And we are not junk food eaters either. But over weight and health doesn't get better with age.
Sounds convincing in the video. But disappointed that we were lied to by a known celebrity.

Can not believe or trust Randy Jackson. He lost his weight with gastric bypass surgery. His video is misleading.

Good product but does not dissolve well and has a touch too much monk fruit. Monk fruit is extremely sweet and needs to be used with restraint.
