Gina the Rep was very rude and condescending. I called to get an adjustment on my order because when my order was received 3 days later I received offers and coupons for alot less on the items I just purchased. Gina would not honor it, and refused a manager. Not purchasing from this company again. Gina you failed a customer.

I will not be a return customer. I ordered a package from Uniform Advantage. The package was supposedly delivered to a locker system in my apartment complex. There was no package in the locker when I went to retrieve it, the locker was empty. I have been in contact with the locker company, the apartment complex management, and fed ex, no one has been able to find my package. The "proof of delivery" photo fed ex provided is of the outside of the locker, no photo of the package itself. Uniform Advantage refuses to refund my money or replace the lost items based on the "proof of delivery" fed ex provided. I was instructed to file a police report, which I completed. I have had a few online orders go missing in the past from different companies, my items were always either replaced, or I received a refund. This is the first time I have experienced a company refusing to provide any sort of compensation for a lost order. This has been a horrible experience resulting in the very first negative review I have ever written. I hope this helps prevent this happening to anyone else in the future.

They lost the original order, took over a week and multiple phone calls/emails to get a replacement order. Replacement order was incorrect. Told me I have to pay to return the incorrect items to get a refund. Didn't have the items for the event I ordered them for, what a waste of time and money. Will NEVER use this company again.

Recent order

Since 2016 I have purchased the long sleeve scrub tops in size medium. I always have them embroidered with my name and title. The fit was perfect. I have always ordered size medium in womens pants. No matter the style these were perfect. Never returned any item. I recently spent $ 122.00. Two long sleeve scrub tops@ $19.99 each plus $7.99 each for embroidery in size medium. These barely fit over my head, are so tight they hang up on my hips. The chest is suffocating. These are useless because I cannot return embroidered items. Two pairs of matching pants@ $17.99 each in size medium. The pants barely come to the middle of of hips. Also useless due to paying return shipping. The one hoody is very poorly constructed. Will wear to work in the yard. Strange thing I even weigh 11 lbs less than the last time I ordered these items in medium. These items were made in Haiti, perhaps their sizing is for their people. I will not waste another dime ordering from Uniform Advantage. The quality is so poor and the sizing cannot be trusted. I take pride in my professional appearance. Uniform Advantage can no longer meet my standards. I have advised coworkers and staff to not waste their money with this company.

The current styles that you received, BSN1718 for the long sleeve and BSN1147 for the pants, have different measurements because they are from a different collection.

Disappointed

-order scrub pants, undershirts, and scrub jacket… material was nice and fit true to size
-colors didn't match school colors so I had to return, issues with the return that someone had to email a return label
-returned 2-3 weeks ago and still haven't been refunded my money

This difference in brand and collection results in slight variations in color, even within what might seem like the same color family.

Quality and costumer service going down

Their sizes are no longer the same, much smaller then even a year a go. And the quality Is poor. A seem not sewed and it hasn't been worn yet but because they tag is off can't return it. The seems aren't straight, and you can see where they have to resew due to mistakes.
Also you have to return and pay return shipping so there's no way to even get a full return for the items you bought. This is my last time shopping here as they quality is not worth the over priced and bad costumer service

I tried on scrubs at the show and the xs was a good fit, but I wanted something looser, so ordered smalls. They fit so much worse! The shoulders are waaay too narrow (by 2-3 inches) that performing surgeries in them is difficult. And for the price, not worth it at all, even though the fabric was soft and had a little stretch. Very disappointed.

Colors dont match,

I ordered a set of scrubs for my grandaughter for christmas in the same wine color. They are 2 different colors of what is suppose to be a wine color no way could she wear them together. Very disapointing. Order # *******635,( phone won't upload picture of receipt sorry.)

POOR Customer Service

Terrible if I could do half a star I would

I am disappointed with the recent purchase experience. Despite selecting the PayPal 4-installment option, a glitch on Uniform Advantage's end led to the order being processed as a full payment. Upon requesting cancellation and modification for affordability, the customer service representative's refusal and interruptions were disheartening. I wonder if theyare concerned about the way handling customer concerns like this could impact their company's reputation for customer service excellence? When customers encounter challenges like payment processing errors and uncooperative service, it can significantly impact a company's reputation for customer service excellence, and lead to a slew of bd reviews across the web. Needless to say, this was their second chance with me and my staff. I will never order from this company again.

Informs specific date of delivery but delayed. Also, the petite size of the scrub pants is way too long; I am about to return, but it's not for free. Please don't waste your money here; choose where there is also free return.

I usually wear an xl so that's what I ordered. These things fit like a balloon. They are huge on me. I'm trying now to wash them in hot water and dry on high heat. Hopefully they shring a lot because I start a new job in 2 days but they would have to shrink A LOT!

There is nothing fast about the overpriced shipping - and the FedEx tracking info is usually incorrect. FedEx refuses to ring our doorbell when deliveries are made which increases the risk of porch pirate theft.

The products you receive are not labeled in a way that corresponds to the catalog or online descriptions so it's hard to verify your order. Items also easy to over-buy.

Product colors really do vary disappointingly across products - even for the UA branded lines

Great selection of scrubs across multiple vendors.

Prices have increased significantly over past couple of years.

Customer service is obtuse.

Oddly sized

Due to other staff at GMC mentioning this site as their go to for their scrubs. This is where I came for mine.

So I placed my order let's start there. The site boasts free shipping on orders if you spend x amount or better.

Well my order certainly did exceed the minimum requirement for the "free shipping" and i was still charged shipping. I ordered true to my size in both scrub top and bottom.

My order arrived and I was estatic until I tried my uniform on. My top I ordered in 4XL and my bottom I ordered as a 3XL both of which are true to my size and neither of which fit and here it comes.

My scrub bottoms are to big and my scrub tops are just small enough to be considered unprofessional.

So basically I have a set of over priced pajamas.

Horrible service
June 13, 2024

Placed an order over a week ago. Paid for fast shipping and my order should have been here within 4 days. Still waiting. Customer service is of no help. Now I'll have to go the Better Business Bureau to get help. Used Uniform Advantage for a decade but this year all I have had are problems. The last 3 orders have been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and just go to an actual store and buy your uniforms.

I ordered some scrubs from uniform advantage as the styles were a bit different and different. The material was very thick and uncomfortable. The size was not quite right for me. To make a return You have to go the return portal. This creats a DHL label. Here is the catch. I was charged £45 which will be deducted from my refund. This leaves me totally out of pocket. I contacted the agent who said you can return via any means. The website is not clear on any of this when looking at the return policy. I ordered from the UK from the U.S. So people be careful.
