I absolutely love uniform advantage. I have only had one issue over the 6 years I've been ordering from them and it was corrected very quickly and easily. Their customer service has been amazing. I'm never disappointed when I order from them.
I just bought 3 pieces of Teal Colored Uniform, Blouse, Pants, and a Jacket, they are all in exact sizes and they arrived on the right time, fast delivery. I just love wearing my new uniforms. I recommended it to my friends.
I ordered two scrub sets and one top, then afterwards looked at the reviews for the store. I was shocked to see so many one star reviews, then scared I made a poor choice on where to spend my money. Turns out I got all my items perfectly in less then a week. No problems! I don't usually write reviews but with so many bad ones, I felt I needed to. And the scrubs are all great quality
Good quality uniform and lots of choices. Very comfortable and fast shipping. I always order from the website when I need anything from uniforms to badge holder, bags shoes they have everything you need.
The tops I received were not "butter soft". Cheap wrinkled cotton about 5 sizes too big. I'm a sewer, so I took the top apart and cut it way down to size. Still crappy material. Looks bad. Throwing the whole order out.
Quality uniforms and accessories at great prices. Their customer service is fantastic. I have never had any issues with the merchandise purchased. All shipped in a timely manner. I will continue to purchase from this company!
I have had nothing but great experiences from Uniform Advantage. Returns are so easy. The only draw back would be that you don't leave with items in your hand and wait until they arrive (usually quickly) at your door step. I always watch for sales and free shipping deals!
Ordered over $500 over two weeks ago. I keep getting told 'it will go out tomorrow expedited shipping'. Then today i live chatted and was told some of the items are unavailable. Are you kidding me! I have ordered for several years from them, but I wont anymore. As for there 10% inconvenience refund- that $5 doesn't do me a bit of good when we need our scrubs! What is the point of putting contact information if the company has no intention of using it! Obviously there management needs an overhaul!
I live in a small town and there's not very many places to shop for scrubs unless you enjoy the Walmart brand. Uniform advantage has the best selection I've come across so far. My favorite scrubs are the Cherokee infinity brand, they have just the right amount of stretch!
Whenever you have a problem with this company big or small, they will treat you as if you don't matter. Fully knowing that my departure from the company won't cause it to go out of business. However, you can't continue to run a business and be dismissive. Don't even think of getting anything embroidered here. Their guidelines are petty and expensive. Only minor mistakes in the ordering. Larger problems were handled deplorably.

I have been purchasing my nursing scrubs for a number of years from Uniform Advantage. I found the web site on afternoon while searching for long scrub skirts. Not only did I discover the full length Buttersoft skirt but 3/4 length scrub tops to match. As an apostolic lady I have always been conscious of my personal modesty. I messaged the company a few months ago about 3/4 sleeve selections had gotten low. Shortly there after they had them restocked in new prints. I love wearing my modest, comfortable and cute scrubs to work. I have recommend this site to many modest scrub wearing nurses. Keep up the great selections and modest scrubs for us who feel modesty is a must!
I used to use Lydia's Scrubs and they were fantastic. Since UA took over, the service sucks. I've been trying to get scrubs with a logo placed on them for a month. No one there takes responsibility for anything and I'm transferred about 10 times every time I try to get an answer. Then I'm told it will be done in 2-3 days. When I'm told someone will call me back the someone never does. Truly a second rate outfit.
Hi Scott! I am extremely sorry you have had a difficult time placing your embroidery order. When we took on the Lydia's customers it was very difficult for Lydia's to provide full details on all custom logo accounts. Their system just would not allow for it. Could you message me your order details so I may look into this further and use this as a training opportunity to improve the process?
Where was all this when I was experiencing the issues? I called and emailed pictures with no response or received automatic email responses. Now that I've made my dissatisfaction public you want to try to smooth it over? No thanks.

I have been a customer for the past 6 years. During this time the quality of the products have declined just as much as the customer service. Last year I had several problems with items because of the poor quality and I have noticed that scrubs are being made in Pakistan, Haiti, and Ghana. Depending on where it was made, the sizing and quality will differ. The customer service agents are not In the USA. Seems like they've now outsourced to another country where the first language is not English. This company seems more interested in improving their profit margin at the cost of quality not only in their products but also with their customer service.
Ugh I'm so sad I was so excited for these scrubs! I got this top in an XS in three colors... I normal buy a small but since reviews said it ran big I went with the XS... this fits like a large! I'm 120 lbs and 5'3. Very disappointing

Our Butter-Soft collection is designed to be loose and the cut on the top you bought is meant for customers who prefer a loose fit. I would recommend our Butter-Soft Stretch collection as the cut is a bit more form-fitting. I would suggest styles BSS362 and BSS346 for tops and styles BSS347 and BSS476 for pants. I will be more than happy to waive the return label fee for you, so that you can exchange those items you received for something that will fit you better.

It has been 2 months since I requested a refund and over 30 days since the company confirmed they received my return in the original unopened package. I have spoken to 2 customer service agents, neither of which followed through on issuing a refund or further communication. I have sent 4 emails with no confirmation of action. We have used Uniform Advantage for over a year. We've had constant customer service issues. They promise delivery by certain dates and they almost never come through. Time after time our orders come late and the training and meetings we need them for are disrupted for lack of uniforms. They kept promising things would improve but they never did. If you don't care about customer service and timely deliveries of your needed uniforms then by all means give them a try. But, if you need to make deadlines and be able to believe what your vendor tells you, find somebody else. They simply are not up to the task.

Hi Christina: I appreciate how frustrating it can be when an item doesn't meet your expectations. I'm so sorry that was the case as you received this order. Your description of the issue makes me wonder if you received a larger size that was accidentally mislabeled at the manufacturing plant. Another possibility, is that you purchased style PC62C or something similar which is popular with customers who prefer a more loose fitting garment.
