Definitely will not be shopping here again and ended up canceling my order and buying through Amazon. First I put in my order August 22nd. I saw after the fact that it would take 3-5 days. I was annoyed that it would be past when I started my job but it was what it was. Turns out that the 3-5 days was once they actually shipped it so it was actually going to be a week before I saw anything. It was supposed to arrive the 29th. Well the 28th came and I still hadn't received a shipping notification. Checked and it was still "processing." I asked what was going on. The agent that I talked to said that he wasn't sure what the delay was and that he would expedite it to 2-day rest shipping and try to find out what the problem was. I get an email about an hour later with an apology stating that their inventory was wrong and one of the items was missing so they were going to hold my stuff for 48 more hours for me to continue to shop. As a makeup for the inconvenience, they offered me 20% off including clearance. I went to the website and it turns out that that 20% off including clearance was actually their normal Labor Day sale and NOT a special offer for me. I sent a response back asking why they waited until I contacted them one day before it was supposed to arrive to tell me an item was missing. I picked a different item but told them the 20% was not acceptable as it was their normal sale and I wouldn't be paying more. I received no response back except to say "thanks for shopping." One more day passed and they told me the payment didn't go through. I emailed them telling them I wasn't going to spend more and to just send me the items I already paid for because I was done waiting. I was told they don't actually charge anything and the amount in my account was a "holding fee." I told them to cancel my order. I went ahead and found a similar pair on Amazon and got it the next day.
I never got anything and after a week of waiting and no communication I ended up cancelling and finding another company.
Uniform advantage and their company. It's a total piece of $#*!. Don't get tricked into wasting your time. Putting your order together because they will try to increase the price on you after you have tried to place your order. On their website, it is very clear that if you want to do a custom logo on your uniform, that you get two free custom logos if you purchase four hundred and ninety nine dollars worth of scrubs. I spent 8 hours setting up my purchase. Because their website is also trash. And it moves really slow after setting up my purchase in my custom logos and spending the 499.
I got an email from the company telling me that I needed to pay them over a $1000. They proceeded to try to charge me for 4 logos when I only had 3.
They would not honor what their website says about getting the 2 logos for free. I tried everything to get them to honor their word. And be a good stand up company. I called and spoke to staff. Their own staff agreed with me. That the website is clear and that the 2 logos should be free. The staff Set my complaint to management management also agreed with me. Anthen sent the complaint on forward 2 I suppose their supervisor which is over the custom logos, they then re. Emailed me and said regardless that their website was set up wrong and that the website said. That the 2 logos would be free. They would not honor surprising and said that I would have to spend the entire fee if I wanted to get the scrubs that I have spent 8 hours setting up based on what their website said. I would have to pay. The one thing I know is when a company does not honor.
Something they have made a mistake about. It means they're not gonna honor anything. So I would not fall for anything. Your website says I wouldn't fall for the 100%. Honey back guarantee. I wouldn't fall for a single word on the website. Because they will not honor what they put on their website. I even explained to them that I had spent the large amount of time and wasted all of that time setting up the scrubs because of what their website says and they did not care. They clearly don't care about their customers. They don't care about their work. And I don't think anybody should ever shop there. Because any company that does that your customers does not deserve to be able to stay in business.

Although it has been a while since my last order, i have ordered multiple times in the past. I love my scrubs and they last, making it unnecessary to keep ordering more. The excellent quality of their own brands especially will save you money while making the difficult work of the medical field more comfortable+ efficient. My personal favorite general scrub features are: 1. The TOPS with 4% or more spandex stretch and the 4 front pockets(double front pockets). The 3/4-sleeve ones, especially, keep this penguin warmer. More stretch means better fit+ flexibility with the ease of OFF! Everyone who wears scrubs regularly knows about getting the tops off. 2. the PANTS with MANY pockets. Personal fav(own 3pr) is their bss696( Butter Soft Scrubs), a generic copy of a famous scrub brand with amazing storage, + 3% stretch for all the squatting+standing repetitions. Neither the prints nor the solids in any style have faded more than a tiny bit in the 3-plus years i have worn them. None of the stretchy tops or 3% pants have shrunk at all. The only shrinkage in any piece has been a cotton/poly printed top without spandex. I do care for my all my clothes well by washing in cold(cleans as good as warm/saves you money), not using too many detergents, adding 1/2-cup white vinegar to wash when washing ANY new items(sets+ retains color in ALL clothes) and not over-drying(weakens fibers). Sign up for the free printed catalog but, check the site often. If there's an item u like, click on it to look to see what sizes and colors are on clearance for that item. Pretty much everything solid comes in seasonal, classic,+ clearance COLORS. Yes- end of season, those colors get marked down more. If u want it, get it. The marked down season colors go fast in all the middle sizes(S, M, L). Finally, my ONLY complaint is that the website does not let you make a WISH LIST of favorites to keep an eye on. After creating an account+ logging in, it is annoying to have to screen shot +/or write down all the complex names+/or product numbers in order to re-find them quickly! I have mentioned this multiple times when speaking to customer service(to ask a question) PLEASE fix this, UA! So that we can save the things we like. I have recommended this company to MANY co-workers and will continue to do so. Most of my works don't allow pix(hippa thing) but. I've included the chart i've used extensively to keep my scrubs in tip-top shape. Happy caregiving.
TIPS: Get the free catalog in the mail to see what is new and to get an idea of what you like. Check often for sale prices in certain colors,prints,+ sizes. Most important, READ the FULL DESCRIPTION! the material content(amount of stretch and whether it is 2-way OR 4-way) will be different for each item+ brand. number and position of pockets can vary greatly. side vents are listed for tops if they exist along with the back-length of tops.
From UA, I OWN 3 pair scrub pants bss 696 in 3 colors, 13 scrub tops solids+ prints. Also, 3/4-sleeve and short-sleeve. ALL are still in use.

I was super excited when I first found this site. I found a bunch of tops I wanted to order... and then came the shipping. It kept coming up as general UPS $49.99 USD. Now, I read all the info on the site and general UPS shouldn't even be coming up for shipping ACCORDING TO THE SITE SHIPPING. It should be iParcel, as Canada is on the list for that method of shipping, but it didn't even come up as an option. So I waste my time for almost two hours on two seperate phone calls to have some guy named Stephen or Steven tell me that he could get the iParcel option to come up twice but all other mock orders he made to Canada were having the same issue and he couldn't figure it out. He also told me that the iParcel shipping for the 10 items he put in the cart was only $19.99 USD (keep in mind too that the iParcel ensures no surprise fees from UPS and customs when it show up at your door, unlike the UPS general shipping). After I asked, he told me a manager would be contacting me back (ps I have proof of the conversations). Next afternoon, still no call back, so I used the on line chat, being smart enough to take screen shots of the conversation. I was told that there was a ticket and they would be contacting back no later than Tuesday. This rep ALSO said he had just experienced the same problem with another client earlier that day, which tells me now that this should be a known problem. So Tuesday comes and goes, and Wednesday I call and had a young lady tell me there was no ticket and no history documented of any of my conversations. She sounded a little surprised when I told her I had the afore mentioned proof. So now I FINALLY get to talk to a manager and they have no idea about the issue either and they would look in to it. So I FINALLY get a response the following TUESDAY and here is what they have to say:
We have been researching what the issue is and we found that is due to some vendor items that have international shipping restrictions and can only be shipped within the United States.
We tried adding UA brand items and we got the option to select iparcel, but when trying with some of the vendor items we did not have it.
It has been very difficult to get a list of all the items that have a restriction, but we are working on it so it reflects on the website.
I wish I had better news; my advice is to purchase items that are UA brands, otherwise, you will not have the option to use iParcel, and you will have to pay the duties and fees.
We do sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. In the meantime, if we may be of any further service, please reply back to this email and we will assist you promptly.

Which is, honestly, bull skittles! The site specifically states that they only items that MAY not ship to Canada are "Stethoscopes, New Balance and $#*!ies merchandise may not be shipped outside of the United States." Nothing else is noted as being a shipping issue. So there's that. Also, I took their advice, abeit rather angry, and removed all items besides the UA brands AS PER THEIR UA BRAND list. Guess what- same problem! No iParcel option comes up. Their generic response:

So thanks for wasting my time, Uniform Advantage. I hope this saves others their time and helps prevent people from being on the hook for the extra shipping duties, as I see there are quite a few angry reviews involving that, which should never have occured according to your site. I personally feel that this company should own their lies and reimburse people that money. Ps-there's screen shots of their shipping info to back this statement, if any one is interested.
I placed an order on April 24th, 2020 for almost $150 in merchandise. I had taken an assignment that required a specific scrub color and due to covid, was unable to go into a store to purchase. I went with UA because they were going to be able to get my order to me May 5th which was well before my May 11th start date. On May 4th, I noticed the order hadn't even shipped so I reached out to the via chat and was told it hadn't shipped yet because one of the items was out of stock. Ok, well why hadn't anyone contacted me to tell me that and find out what I wanted to do and how long would this have gone on and if I hadn't taken the initiative? I told him I did not want to replace the item, that I just wanted the remaining 5 items shipped and requested that it be shipped 2 day at no additional cost to me. He said yes and that he would take care of it. A couple days later, I still hadn't received my package or any type of email regarding the order. I reached out via chat again and found out the order still hadn't shipped. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a number to call. I called the number and spoke to another employee who told me that all the managers were currently in a meeting and that since he was not a manager, he couldn't reach out to the warehouse directly to find out what was going on with the order but that he could take my information and a manager would call me back later that day. I never received a call back from anyone that day. The next day, I called again first thing in the morning and spoke to a manager. She told me that she had no way of contacting the warehouse directly because no one was there answering phone calls and that email was the best form of contact because someone was there yielding them and she would get a response within a couple of hours. Never heard back from her that day. The next day, Sunday, I call again, for the FIFTH time now, I am contacting them. Not ONCE had anyone contacted me still to this point. It's now the day before I start my assignment. The manager I had dealt with the day before was not on so I spoke with another one who did actually pick up the phone and call the warehouse and got through to them and found out my order still hadn't shipped because of the item that was out of stock. Apparently the first time I had addressed this issue, SIX days prior, it never got handled. They ended up overnighting them to me but it wasn't until Tuesday so I had to show up to the first couple days of work without proper attire and I'm not sure what the actual time frame would have been had I not stayed on top of this. If I had the option, I would've canceled the entire order all together. DON'T do it. It was stressful and chaotic. How do you run a business if your employees have no line of communication with the warehouse...
