Uniform Advantage processed my order professionally. The weak link is UPS ZA that handles clearing etc.
I missed their call and then spent a week trying to reach them.
The staff don't answer the phone or respond to email enquiries promptly.
I would love to order more, but unfortunately UPS ZA service puts a real damper on the experience.
I always can find something on Uniform Advantage to fit my style and budget. Shipping differs- sometimes it takes a week or two, sometimes I get my order in a few days. Returns and exchanges are super easy too
Ordering was easy and so was shipping. However if you need to return an item even exchange it you have to pay $9 to use their label or pay full cost of shipping any other way. This absolutely ridiculous when they have very few store fronts.
I have used Uniform Advantage for about 5 years now and I have become a loyal customer. Their products are consistently good quality and I have yet to run into sizing issues of any kind. When I have had to make a return (for a fellow employee) the return process was easy.
I always get a lot of compliments on my patterned scrubs, and many people ask where I get my scrubs from. So all in all, I will continue to order from UA!
I recently purchased a couple of Halloween print scrub tops. I work in a pediatric office and like to have fun festive scrubs. The prints and colors are great and I get compliments every time I wear them. They are pretty true to size. I am always nervous to purchase clothing online but I measured myself how the size chart said to and they fit perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing more holiday tops in the future!
I shopped for the first time on 01/07/21. It was estimated that my items would ship by 1/11/21 and be received 1/15/21 if items were in stock. All my items were in fact in stock but I have not received any items or update on my order. So I can't comment on the quality of the products I purchased. But I can say that customer service and the shipping department could communicate better with customers. Especially since they make sure to take payment immediately and not when items are shipped.

Be assured that we charge your card only when the merchandise ships. Don't do business with them. They have a large Google presence and appear on every app you will use from now on. They are Chinese ran company that will not return or change an order after it has been placed. No communication skills in customer service mostly Chinese answer the phone.

(Family Run for more than 30 years) We typically process orders quickly and can not change them after they are placed. (Sorry we are so fast) We offer live chat option, email and phone options. I bought two scrubs from them. After one day wearing it smells like pig. Terrible! My scrubs never smell bad like this in the past. I do not recommend it at all. It has a lot of plastic material. And return policy is terrible. Do not waist your money on their scrubs
Placed an order 11/11/17. Cancelled it today 11/21/17. Company use to be awesome. Based on this time around they have gone downhill. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I work with to stay far away.
Purchased four sets of scrubs (tops and pants). Three of the four pairs of pants fit perfectly. The fourth was way off, like someone sewed together a medium and small pant leg. Sent them back. Received a pair with the same exact issue (could have even been the same set). I only need these for eight weeks of fieldwork. Here we are halfway through. Sent this set back with a note and they didn't bother to reach out. Refunded my money, which I am happy about, but I can tell they don't care at all about how anyone feels about their products and service.
The items I still have are of poor quality. Already falling apart and I've only been wearing them for four weeks. Never again!

I called the Sacramento store 34 times and the employees knew little of what was on the website and were also very rude and never called me back. I will never frequent the store again. I have to buy online and free shipping is not a good promo for the amount I buy. It should be a given. The cute patterns, colors and styles and petite items are only available in XS, S, M. Rarely do people who are PXL get a good selection. Toggle between Regular and Petite sizes and you'll see.
Fulfillment is extremely slow. I still haven't received my clothing and it's been over 2 weeks now. Not happy.
I recently bought about 8-9 pair of strictly scrubs stretch uniforms. I've been completely satisfied with them but my last pair was royal blue marked medium. They have to be miss marked. Actually a size large or extra large! There is no way I can wear them. They came in a set-so this means the top is useless too!

I had no problems navigating the web site and the ordering was simple. Arrived in a timely fashion even with all the holiday delays. My disappointment stems from the return policy. I might have exchanged a pair of scrub pants because they were too small but the fees were higher than the pants cost. Unlikely to order again.

We do strive to make merchandise exchanges as hassle-free as possible. If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but recommended as the shipment is trackable and insured, which can be a lifesaver if the package should go astray on its way back to us.
When returning just one or two inexpensive items (which sounds like what you needed to do), many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service. This may well be more economical, though the package may not be insured and trackable. We are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us by any carrier.

Great prices and products...HOWEVER...The website is poorly designed. It takes an extremely long time just to edit your cart. If you get too many things in your cart it's nearly impossible to remove them or place them in the save for later. It gives me a migraine and it takes days and if that isn't enough time then it leads to months. It could take up to a year by the time you get your cart updated. Horrible, it makes me sick!
I gave up and bought scrubs somewhere else because I don't have that much time to spend on this website.
I spent nearly $200 on scrubs. All of them worked but a pair of pants. Uniform Advantage does not pay for return shipping and it is expensive! They hide this by sending you a return label with your merchandise, yet subtracting shipping costs from your return after they receive your items. I was supposed to get back $23 for the pants and they took $9 out of the return I was supposed to receive just for a small envelop with one pair of pants in them. Never using this site again, I got ripped off.
I ordered 3 Clinic coats from Uniform Advantage and had them embroidered. The coats were mad in Bangladesh and are so flimsy that the dry cleaner starch did not stiffen up the material. It looks very unprofessional and the coats are unusable. Customer Service told me the fabric changes through the year and offered 10% 0n my next order. No Thank you. Poor quality/Poor Customer Service.

I was leery about if the butter soft stretch jogger scrub pants would fit me to my liking. I am extremely picky about how my pants fit and look on me. I ordered two pairs of them. I put them on and I was very satisfied. They fit perfectly and I was relieved. They weren't to tight or to loose. I have ordered 3 more pairs of the same style in different colors and I hope when they arrive they are just as perfect as the other two pairs.
Will never order from this company. I should not have to pay for shipping to get an exchange. It will cost me more in the end than just going to a local scrub shop and purchasing it there. What a waste so much for a sale.

The scrubs I received were incredibly high quality and are my new favorites. The shipping was incredibly fast, even in the midst of winter weather, and everything was packaged well.
