I have been a loyal customer for almost 8 years buying new scrubs atleast 4-5 times every year atleast 4-6 sets each time. I love their product, however it is never an incentive, their thank you for shopping replies are always free shipping with a purchase of $99 or more. There is never any other promotions especially for their loyal customers. I have multiple orders and receipts. It would be nice. If every so often. There is a coupon worth using.
Customer service is bad! I've dealt with them a couple times and nothing ever got resolved. So time consuming to get damaged items replaced. If you do need to return one item, return shipping costs almost just as much as the original item. If you do buy and are not satisfied with your item, don't plan on anything being done about it!
They charge you shipping for returning your items or exchanging. You can get all your money back going through Amazon or buying at an actual scrub store. I bought 3 scrubs because I had one that I liked but the pants were a little too small so I decided to order a size up next time…. Same brand, it fit like trash bags. I end up submitting a return on all of them to find out I'm losing out on $40 once these are all returned. I am basically returning all 3 and only getting the amount of 2 scrubs back. That's preposterous. On one of them they are charging me more on the return label than they actually spent shipping it to me. Completely ridiculous. Don't buy from this place, it's a risk and not worth it.

Currently about to start my last year of nursing school! I've worked as a tech and student nurse the last 3 years & this is the only place I will ever buy my scrubs! They have so many options! I have yet to purchase any I do not like. Also their customer service is amazing!
My go to! I've been a nurse for nearly 20 years, Used to love this place for their excellent selection, I have tried some of the uniform advantage brand particularly the butter soft scrubs and they are unbelievable! The quality the color choice the design are all amazing.
Only thing they could do to make the butter soft scrub is better is to put loops for a badge on the tops but I'm hooked!
Also, even nowadays they are shipping without delay which is a plus. Will never go anywhere else!
It's kind of sad when a company doesn't even care about their customers. I've reached out multiple different times for an issue with my most recent order and have gotten radio silence. I purchased 3 different scrubs sets where 1 of the 3 sets did not match. The top was way lighter than the bottoms even though the website paired them as a match. They wanted $8.99 to return the top which was half the price of it since it was bought during the nurses week sale and then the sale was also over by the time I received the package so I couldn't even buy a different top to match the bottoms on sale. I just want this issue resolved.

I've been to the location in Downtown Tampa and everything there was organized by color and whether or not the product was on sale. The employees were helpful and they even offer embroidery, depending on what your hospital requires. They gave me a 20% discount because I had my hospital badge with me. Would recommend this place!
I have to pay a $50US delivery fee to Canada, only for my order to arrive and owe another $83.05 to receive my package, which was $228.01. Taxing this at an additional +36%. Have not even received my items yet to see if they are even decent but will NEVER order from them again regardless, nor will anyone I work with now. Way to show respect to the nursing staff... not.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA are generally subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination countries. It sounds like what you are being charged are these fees. Unfortunately, these charges are determined by the government in the destination country and Uniform Advantage has no control over them and cannot even predict what they might be in any particular case.
For orders to Canada and some other countries, Uniform Advantage does offer the (optional) UPS I-parcel service, in which the duties and taxes are calculated and added to the order total at check-out, eliminating unexpected costs upon delivery. Orders placed for I-parcel delivery must be placed by the customer online (rather than by phone or mail).
Without any information on your particular order, we’re unable to research to see what has gone on in your case. If by any chance you placed an order for I-parcel delivery and it was not shipped that way, we definitely want to know about it so that we can make things right with you.

We have had no problems with Uniform Advantage thus far. We ordered several scrub tops. There was one we didn't care for much as far as fit (ran way big). We sent them back last week, so we will see if there are any complications. They do tend to run bigger than the size. We love the rest of them!
The selection and prices for scrubs are good here. I found what I wanted easily and it was shipped out in a timely manner. I've bought the brand I was buying before so I felt comfortable that it would work for me. When I got my top it was too large, which was disappointing as this site has the worst returns. For one, the shipping cost was already kind of high for a standard shipping (my family's company ships a lot so I'm familiar with the costs when you are a major shipper). Return shipping with their label is outrageous (over $8!). For all the hassle and the cost of their shipping plus the small return cost at the post office I'm not sure if it was even worth it. Total waste of money. In my experience, buying clothes without free returns or being able to try them in store is just not worth the risk. I learned my lesson, can't ever be sure. Won't ever use this company again. Amazon offers free returns if I have to shop online so I'll stick with that.
Do not buy scrubs from this place. They have extremely poor and rude customer service. I ordered two shirts and two pants from them and when I received them, I found that they were way larger than the stated size. I called and talked to a very rude person who instructed me how to return them which ended up costing me another shipping charge. When all was said and done, I spent 20 dollars to ship them to me and back to them and still have no scrubs. This has to be one of the biggest scams around.
I ordered almost $400 worth of scrubs 7/2/23. It is now 7/15/23. Just contacted customer service again for the 5th time and they said it will be another 8 business days until it's shipped. I have never had this type of issue with this company but I will never order my uniforms from here again. I will find somewhere else to spend my money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Do not order from them! The same scrubs I have been ordering from for years shrank after the first wash. Washed them how they were instructed. They won't give me my money back only a 10% coupon for my "neat visit" which expires in a week.
I will never shop from them again. Going to Mandela scrubs who are half the price for what Uniform advantage charges.

I ordered an embroidered lab coat and they screwed up the embroidery. Did my title in upper and lower case (which anyone with a title would NEVER enter it that way). Refused to refund or allow me to return the coat. Offered me free embroidery, but wanted to charge me for an entire new coat. Seriously? I just spent 50 dollars for a lab coat I can't wear. Will not be ordering from this company again.

UA is affordable for incoming healthcare professions! I will be attending nursing school in a few weeks and with an insane tuition, UA is the way to go! So many different styles to choose from and a variety of colors. I can get as much as i need without selling my kidneys!
Great variety of scrubs, lots of designs and different types of pants. I buy at least twice a year multiple sets of scrubs, and they never disappoint! I get lots of great comments on my uniforms. I love the fact that I can mix and match tops and bottoms as I like. The website is really great, with extensive explanation of the product and with possible matching top or bottom suggestions. I would definitely recommend Uniform Advantage, because they have a very big assortment and a lot of different brands to chose from. Nowadays, prices went up quite a bit but there are discounts almost all year long, and there are always new items or styles to try :)
Terrible experience using this company. I ordered many items over a month ago with nothing to show for it. The customer service will not help me in any way. I've needed these items for school and have yet to get a proper response. I am devastated. The card I used for the order shows pending so I do not want to charge my card again for another order. Worst place ever.
I received my order in 4 days. Very disappointed with the material, very stiff and it is not soft like they described. I ordered medium size and they fit me like XL Returning is a big hassle, we need to fill out the return form with each item number, color, size and reason code for all items that you return. I paid a lot to return, I am never ordering from them again.

You mention that the colors didn’t match on your merchandise. I know that can be very frustrating, and I wish I knew which exactly which garments you have this trouble with so that I could delve into this further and find a satisfactory solution for you. Fabric composition is very important in color matching, as different materials absorb dyes differently. For this reason, we always recommend choosing items from the same brand and from the same line (that is, made from the exact same material) so that the colors will match precisely. Garments with different fabric make-ups may very well not match even if they have the same color name.
We do strive to make merchandise returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. As mentioned on our return form, if you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but we recommend it as it guarantees that the shipment is trackable and insured—something which can be important if the package should go astray on its way back to us. Of course, we are always happy to waive that return shipping fee if you need to return an item due to a mistake on our end.
When returning just one or two inexpensive items for refund or exchange, many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service.
