Waiting to receive my hair package for the first time was exciting because now that I received it, it's better than I expected.
Why is it that I paid roughly 600 for 3 bundles on unice but Amazon was roughly 300
I emailed unice numerous times to get a refund as I will order from Amazon instead

UNice Hair is perfect If you are debating whether or not you should buy just go stop immediately and make your purchase! The hair is the best I've used so far hands down. 1.It's very soft. 2.It looks like it's my hair. 3.My stylist had no problem adding his touches to it and he said he like the hair a lot also. Buy Buy Buy! I've gotten 3 so far. Can't wait to try the others.
Construction of wig and the two models they portrayed the wig to resemble is ALL THE WAY OFF. Do your research n find reviews before purchasing anything!

According to the information you provided, we have looked into the problem that you mentioned. When editing the product, we used pictures of lace wigs of the same color, which misled customers. The actual product was a machine-made wig. It was a mistake in our work. Currently, this product has been re-optimized. The US market enjoys free return labels, which are provided by the US warehouse. If US customers need a return label for a return,please request a "return label" and attach product photos including the whole wig, the wig cap, etc, so that the request can be processed faster. The hair was returned and the full refund was completed on 19, April.

I did a return and the package was recieved by company but no update no way of contacting anyone i'm very frustrated

Our return policy is that goods are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).and items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. We contacted u but no reply. If u have returned the package, pls contact our customer support team via the online chat service or our email: support@unice.com, and provide the tracking number, then they will help u solve it.
Remind again, if the buyer returns the package by himself, please be sure to provide us with the return waybill number, otherwise, we will not be able to accurately and quickly find your returned item from among the many returned items.

I got a beautiful hair on unice, was very nice quality, I loved it no smell, no shedding, soft and easy to maintain. 10/10 recommend!
Checkout was easy and straightforward. Looking at the different products gave enough information and the reviews with pictures were very helpful.

I really regret that I buyed those bundles from that company. The hair looks like plastic and can't hold curls.
So I purchased hair from this company. And I did a review about my experience and my thoughts my opinion and how I felt about the service and the quality of the hair that I received. It went all downhill from there because following my review I received a text message from UNice Hair telling me they saw my review and asking if I could take it down because they are a good seller. And that if I took it down they would give me a eight dollar credit towards another purchase. Now why on earth would I want to make another purchase when I'm not happy with this one. Then they proceeded to tell me that they'll refund me my money after I take down the post. Only after I take down the post I would get my refund. This has gone on since the first review. Back-and-forth email chain with almost 40 emails. And although I have returned the wig I am still receiving emails from them telling me that they will only give me a refund after I remove the first post. It's basically like they have the wig now I have emails and text messages showing that it's been received but they will not refund me my money because they want me to take down the post. I did say I would remove the post once they refunded me my money however they want me to remove the post first and then refund me. Since the first post I have been harassed to no end from UNice Hair to take down my review. I will never in life purchase from this company again, I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from them. I'm going to post the emails and the text messages. The way they handled this situation is not right. I literally have almost 40 emails from them telling me delete the review and will refund you your money trust us dear delete the review. So in what world are you not allowed to review a product that you purchased? And give your opinion and your experience? And once again they have the week I returned it. I have an email and a text message stating that they Receive the week and would refund me after I delete the review. So in other words they have the week and my money and don't want to refund me and less I delete a review. I don't know what type of business they are running but this is definitely not something that a reputable company would do.
The customer service was not helpful but the hair is good. I ironed it and still silky,really love it!
