I didn't expect to buy such a high-quality product at such a low price. I placed an order on the 8th and received it on the 10th. I was very shocked when I opened the packaging, it was particularly soft and smooth.

Horrible experience.
I am very particular and cautious when purchasing online. But this experience was horrible. They wait until after you purchase to tell you they are out of stock. Although there are times when you can wait a little longer, this time was not a time where I could wait longer - and I put in an order based on when it would be here. Upon ordering, they send a text that it is not in stock and that it would be another 3-4 weeks but could not guarantee. Never again will I order from UNICE and would not recommend knowing that they do not update their availability.

I ordered a wig from them that never shipped and when I contacted them to cancel they never would confirm cancellation or respond to me. Will need to dispute with my bank and ofcourse never order not refer anyone to them again.

It was very easy to look for a wig that I would like in my own style.

The site did not work at checkout almost 10 times I had tried multiple devices to I ended up finally being able to pay on the website on the phone, not even the app worked and it wouldn't let me have the free robe in my cart that was suppose to come with the discount so I just gave up so frustrating

I purchased a wig that I thought was really beautiful based on the picture. However, after ordering a 16 inch which is usually shoulder length I received a much shorter wig. Turns out the length is measured by the stretched out length not the actual length so wig was 6inches to short. I promptly contacted Customer service to find out how to return the wig, since I used my PP account instead of creating a UNice account to pay for the wig.

Please ladies save your coins I purchased two wigs from this place well over 200 these wigs are the worst wigs I have seen talking about glueless my A** wig don't even fit on your head with the band being tight and let's not talk about the wiff on the wigs you can see right through it don't buy this wig

The payment part was a little confusing but besides that it was a good experience

I'm seriously impressed by this wig! The texture and length are just what I was looking for. It's glueless and melted skin, ear part and cap is comfy!

Great site! Easy process.ordered before with no issues.wig was thinner than the picture though.

I only brought the hair because it advertised 48 hr delivery well today is Thursday and I ordered the hair on Tuesday morining and still my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I will be sending it back because atp I don't need it and will have to purchase new hair because it wouldn't arrive in time for my hair appointment

Unice is very misleading I have purchased a wig from them and it is not like the one in the photo. I have reached out to them 4 times to RETURN the wig because i cannot use the one they sent. I could not return on their website because it did not work this was not a final sale item. I only have 30 days to return the wig and that is the end of this month. I requested instructions on making the return but so far no response this is very frustrating. I could not reach them by phone either the # did not work I would like a REFUND and I will never do business with this company again.

It gives such a seamless and natural look. I'm in wig heaven with this beauty! The ear tabs provide a snug fit. I can wear sunglasses with this wig! It's the perfect accessory for sunny days!

During COVID UNICE was my go to brand. I purchased mani headband units from them, however, for every 2 purchases I'd receive a very very poor quality unit. Unfortunately, this time was one of those.
There is a very very unpleasant odor.
The density as well and thickness per stand makes the unit feel like kitten hair; very very poor quality.
My assumption is the cap size is M but I can pull the unit 1/2 way down my face. It's xxx big head friendly like for a pumpkin! Because of this there was no way for me to melt the lace. Beginners — if you aren't into bleaching knots this is not the unit for you. They are very very dark. I'm hoping this is a one off as the reviews and images are good.

I bought 3 wigs from unice and fell in love with the texture and quality of their hair and it's really friendly to my small head, they delivered fast! I think I'll always choose unice.

I would give a zero if I could. I purchased 2 wigs for the black Friday sale. I didn't like them so returned both of them. I got an email stating that it was received and would I like a refund or an exchange, I said refund. With that being said the sales just kept coming so I got one to try and didn't want it either so I mailed that back also. Well the post office still has the second returned after being there 3+ weeks. I have been trying to retrieve but it's a hassle. So I was told I can't get a refund on my first order unless I return the second order. It is/was two separate orders so why are you linking the orders together. So now I'm out $302 for th3 first and $182.07 for the other. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FOR THAT COMPANY.

I basically gave 250 away because I paid for a wig I never received because they just left package at my door when I clearly states that it would require a signature this is so frustrating I never ordered wig again
