I ordered a wig. I was told that it was 80 inches and it was not it. It was unused, never worn as soon as I took it out the box I start crying. I had a wedding to attend. I tried to return it and you guys gave me an issue of returning the wig. You didn't give me a return label I will never order from this company again And I will let people know to never order from this company again

THE WORST HAIR COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST! Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I ordered a wig from them on Ali Express that they had listed. After I purchased, they told me that the wig was out of stock and kept trying to make me take a wig that is completely different than what I ordered as a replacement. I kept saying no and they finally offered a refund. Every day they've been asking me what my details are to refund. The same details I've been providing. They are stalling and not trying to return my funds. I've now contacted PayPal and created a case against them! Still waiting for my refund.
SIDE NOTE: if you do decide to buy their wigs, I noticed all the wigs are cheaper on their Ali Express site. On their actual website, they're charging three times the amount! Rip off!
Item was never received! When I contacted them, they told me to contact the shipping company to start a claim because they said it was delivered. I Never received the item and the shipper is saying to contact the sender for any type of replacement item. They are not issuing a replacement item nor are they giving back my money. This is a horrible company!
On 6/10 I purchased two wigs from Unice, needless to say that today 6/20 my order is still in "Processing" status. I finally got in touch with their customer service chat, and they finally tell me that the 2 wigs I ordered are NOT available (could have told me if I hadn't reached out to you?). So they tell me to pick 2 more wigs that I wanted, once I did that, they wanted to charge me an additional $88 difference in cost along with $30 service charge! After going back and forth with them telling them they should waive any additional charges due to my inconvenience, they acted as if I said nothing but kept saying "dear when you pay, take a screenshot, and we ship other wigs to you" No ma'am, I don't think so, you are going to charge me additional charges for your goof up! Needless to say I requested a refund (fingers crossed) if anyone knows of a reliable website to purchase good lace front wigs, please let me know!

I was browsing at their wigs and left a couple in my cart without finalizing the checkout. I can't even tell you all how much I was harassed by them. I got so many texts EVEN AFTER I told them to remove my number and e-mail from their lists. If I blocked one of their numbers, I got a text from the same person from another number. It was insane. It was harassment. If I had the resources to sue, I would have. Any thought I had to buy a wig from them was gone.

I was looking through this website and put a item in the cart I didn't check out or buy the item. Later I found out that they had invoiced my PayPal account for €149 dollars do not trust this company I cancelled the invoice they sent to my PayPal account this happened more than once I won't be using this company at all. Scammers

I ordered a wig almost 2 weeks ago and even paid 35.00 for express shipping and still waiting for the wig. Then Unice sends me a discount for another wig for 60.00 and I ordered it and even provided me with a tracking number through usps. I went on the usps website to check the status it says label still not created. Was I scammed? Did I just lose 200 dollars?

Both orders were sent in one package. Accurate representation. The wig I ordered didn't have my size, the representative that was handling my order was Very Nice she made sure I got what I wanted. Stayed in touch with me until the very end. We were texting and emailing at 4am which made me very happy
I never received my items and Unice is giving me a hard time. I asked to have my order rushed to me or to please refund my order I never received the hair at all not sure if the package was stolen or when but I don't have it.

The lace wig of this unice hair is definitely worth my money. I love the lace that is perfectly melted with my skin, very natural, and the hair is soft and true to the density they claim on their details. The wear and wig was not wear and go. I had to actually cut the lace because it was too long and was supposed to be pre cut. The hair shed a lot while removing the excess lace and while brushing. Please send wear and go wig when a person orders it please!

I purchased hair from the store in Brooklyn. It had a very bad odor once I opened the packages. My hair stylist also noticed the smell, after she colored and dryed it, the hair smells worse. I paid $150 for the hair and it's definitely not good hair. Sheds and smells, it'spoor quality! I will have to take it out after only 4 days because the odor is there and I feel very self conscious about walking around with smelly hair.
I buy this same style of curl all the time with Unice but this time it seems the bundles were over processed. The curl wasn't consistent throughout the hair, it was very frayed and the hair was just wavy not curly. Even after conditioning the curls never came back. The hair matted and tangled so bad i had to take it out. I contacted you guys and you only gave me $50 back after paying around $250 for this hair. Sometimes you don't realize the hair is a bad batch until you get it installed and at that point you can't return it. You guys always argue back and forth with us and them give a small amount of money back. I'm going to have to start using a different company that will be a little more fair to their customers.

Goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving, and keep it in unused, and undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. The US market enjoys free return labels, which are provided by the US warehouse. Return labels will be provided within 24 hours during working days, and will be delayed during weekends and holidays. If you decide to return the product, please request a "return label" and attach product photos including the whole wig, the wig cap, etc, so that the request can be processed faster. Finally, the hair was returned and the full refund was completed on 28, Mar.
