The unit I purchased has to be the worst hair I ever purchased. I wore it for less than a week. The lace was patchy and the hair was matted. The color was the only thing I liked. I should've known something was up when you guys only had 5 star reviews and there was no way for me to leave a review even though I made a purchase. Scam!

Do not buy hair from them. I ordered a wig and they sent me a wig that did not look like the one I ordered. I reached out to them by email and they didn't respond to me until pay pal got involved. They text me and asked me why and could I cancel my dispute with pay pal? And if I would send them pics. I didn't respond because when I tried to reach out they didn't respond to me until pay pal got involved.

I ordered the bye bye unit in reddish brown and I'm very displeased with my unit. The itself is very nice and soft
The color is very beautiful. However, I can see all the knots on the lace. My unit was never bleached. When I informed customer service of the matter and sent them pictures of the unit. Still nothing was done. I'm unsatisfied with the type of service I received.
As soon as I took the wig out of the box it was shedding. I wore it for one weekend and the hair was terrible, it matted in the back, I deep condition and nothing happen… it kept clumping up and just falling out with each brush. When washing the hair just continuously falls out

Washing, use of solvents to remove adhesives, traction, rubbing, and bleached knots are all contributing factors to shedding. Wigs don’t get natural moisture from the scalp, so it's necessary to give the wig the oils it needs. Be sure to use lightweight oils like argan oil, coconut oil, or moroccan oil. Much of the hair in the nape area gets matted due to a plastic or rubber comb, long hair tends to bunch up around the nape area, and certain types of material and fabrics will instantly cause the hair to stick. We recommend using a styling comb or brush that is specifically designed for wigs. Finger comb and detangle your hair periodically throughout the day to reduce hair collecting in the affected area.

I have been ordering from this company for years and ran across bundles from a year ago. There's a drastic change in the fullness of the bundles and the thickness of the weft. I'm only giving two stars because shipping is always fast. I will start ordering elsewhere.

Each hair bundle is always 95-100g, This weight remains unchanged. Hair is thinner when the length is longer. We checked your orders and found that u bought diverse styles and sizes, such as straight hair, water wave hair, loose wave hair, and 12 inches, 18 inches, 20 inches, etc. each hair bundle is produced with different length ratios, which makes the wig have its own layout, natural-looking. Different styles and sizes also differ in the fullness. Normally 3pcs is enough for a head and we suggest you add more if you like a thick end or you have a big head size, that will be better.

I received a wig and washed for the first time and the hair around the closure knotted very badly. I reached out to the company and they wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I will not be ordering from them again. Be careful with the colored hair purchases. Almost $300 down the drain.

We have verified your order and found that you have purchased the colored hair wig. Technically speaking, colored hair products are produced by first bleaching and then dyeing natural color products. Compared to natural color wigs, colored hair wigs require more and more meticulous care. Commonly, hair is tangled due to dryness, build-up of oil and dirt, use of salt water or chlorine and not combing for some time. Also, you know that the hair lost nutrition when cut from a young girl. So treat the hair like your own hair, shampoo, and conditioner are very important for them.

This is my first human hair wig and I am not disappointed. The unit itself came in lovely packaging, the hair was quite soft, the hair had no smell, no shedding. I have absolutely 0 complaints so far, I am very excited to wear my new unit.
