I ordered a beautiful Yaki wig. Unfortunately the unit would not hold a curl. I contacted customer service and they gave me tips to resolve the issue…long story short, they allowed me to return the unit (shipping was on me) and I could pick a unit. It was shipped right away. I am very excited to have another one of their products.

When I first order my wig, I order the wrong size (my first time ever ordering and wearing a wig) so I returned it, after many pics attempts I finally did a video, showing the wig was unused. But throughout the process the communication was A freakin 1 okkk. Finally returned it. I stressed to customer service that I order the wig for my birthday and I needed it by then. They gave me an option for express shipping which I didn't want to pay. They sent it out 2day mail and let's just say, I got the wig a day before my trip. And the quality of the wig omggggg the lace just melted on my forehead. I will be a returning customer. The wig is nicer but the customer service was beyond nice
