My package got sent back due to my unknown address, but I message them and got a quick response they confirmed my address and will be reshaping my package. So thankful I didn't have to have a hard to getting my package
Purchase a wig from Unice and had a bit of trouble with it. I reached out to customer service and they alleviated my problems right away. They sent me a shipping label to return my wig and then immediately sent me out a new wig shortly after, along with several gifts. I am a repeat customer but now I'm a life time customer. Excellent customer service and communication. I have recommended Unice to friends and family members.
User friendly. Easy to order, the website is very user friendly. Easy to choose hair lengths, density, hair colors, and absolutely all styles of wigs are available to choose from. It's like being in a candy store!

I received my product but not in the packaging as advertised nor with the items that were shown on the website. This is the 2nd time the company has done this. I don't receive a box with any of the gift items. Just the same nails, that don't match my skin tone, and a wig cap.

I recently placed an order and was expecting to receive it within a week; however, there was a hold up with it. I have previously heard that UNICE is very responsive when they receive concerns from customers so I emailed to get the status. Long story short what I ordered wasn't available right away but once I explained how important it was to receive my order timely, they made concessions, offered me something close to what I wanted and guaranteed that I would receive it on time. I could tell I wasn't talking to a computer, it was a live person who was nice and helpful. I love good customer service, UNICE definitely has a return customer.
Its a Perfect wig but The lace is big so if you have a little head like me be aware.
I received my hair which I thought was beautiful however I didn't have enough. When I contacted customer service they were so willing to get me together. They were polite and very responsive. I would definitely order again just 4 bundles instead of 3 lol love my experience
I originally ordered 3 bundles and a closure. I received the hair and loved the texture however the bundles were a bit slim for my taste. I emailed the company and they were so polite, professional, and responded very quickly. They definitely resolved my issue and I would order again based of how well I was treated. I ordered the V part contour wig and I am disappointed. This wig sheds badly. I just ran my hands through the wig and hair came out. Also, the length of the hair looks like 14?inches instead of 16 inches. Wig is very dense. I decided to give this company a second chance and I will never order hair from UNICE.
