I ordered a 16in and had already paid for it.But They text me and said they were out of the 16in so they sent me 18in for the 16in price.I will definitely be ordering again..

Delivery was fast and easy. The hair came packaged nicely. I've tried it on but haven't styled it yet. But so far, so good.
I had a wig that was customized with the drawstring. It wasn't going to arrive on time. I reached out to customer support and they was able to adjust my order and give me a new wig that will be here in time. Their customer support is very helpful and met my needs. I will forever shop with Unice!

I ordered a 14-inch closure wig. Someone reached out to me to tell me they was out of stock if I would like to upgrade to a 16inch with no extra cost to me! I can't wait to receive my wig! I will leave another review once I get it

I've been a customer of Unice for years and haven't had one bad experience yet. I purchased a unit for my family vacation, but unfortunately the length I wanted wouldn't be available in the time I requested for shipping. I was contacted by the Unice team and they offered a solution literally within an hour of me completing my purchase! I can't wait to receive my wig because I've been looking so blah without my hair 😂

Hi, Ana, we are so sorry to hear that, but we can promise that the hair we sent you is 100% human hair, you can even do the test. And we never put any chemical production on the hair. What we put on is only regular shampoo which has no harm to our body. But if you don’t like the hair we sent, returning is totally accepted.
