In times like the present when change is constant and at times, turbulent and overwhelming, people must have the appropriate tools to enable them to understand how to manage change.
The program outlined by 'Understanding Change', is powerful in its focus on the 'self' and on developing strength to manage the external forces that can destroy one's centre of gravity. This program empowers the user to develop and enhance the inner strength necessary to confront such external forces, and it avoids the elements of dependency and defeatism that cause people to resort to destructive responses when overwhelmed by forces of change they must confront.
