We had a great time here in Florida this is my second time here but its been over a decade and everything has changed. My daughter is thinking about moving down here we live in india. Im glad i had the chance to see florida again we went to key west and south beach boy was it beautiful. We stayed at the ramada hotel very cleane and nice thank god for the rental car. The cruise was great bahamas was beautiful i did a lot of shopping and relaxed by the beach. I can say all these good stuff but yall would have to experience it for yourself. Customer service was very satisfying my trip was well spent and i will be doing it again next year! Thank you Ultimate Rental Getaways for this vacation!
Just got back home and my vacation was breath taking my sister and I had so much fun we never been to Florida so that was our first time. We went to the drive thru movie called the swap-shop very different I wish we had this back home we live in Indiana. The whole process was as smooth as a baby's bottom I attended a Tour presentation it wasn't bad at all we had lunch and seen 1 property my sister and I wasn't interested so we left and continued our vacation. I'm happy I saved money from this trip normally I'd be spending thousands we spent less then that so I was pleased we are planning our next vacation and this time the whole family will be attending.
If I could have rate this a 10 I would sometimes in life you have to give credit when and where it's due. I'm starting the gym again cuz I think the cruise hit the spot... I will start traveling with ultimate rental getaways when ever it is I would like to visit Florida or have a relaxing cruise

I'm actually on vacation now just came from FT Lauderdale beach it was very nice and relaxing I'm at the Ramada Siuts very clean and luxury hotel we are taking the cruise next so that should be exciting then Orlando it is. Everything was worth it.
Received a phone call from these people. Spoke to Andrew McCarthy. After some skepticism about this being a time share scam. He ASSURED me it was NOT! Not true. Went to the "Welcome Center" at the Park Inn and felt less than welcome. They asked when I wanted to go to the time share meeting and I said was told I didn't have to attend any meetings. Bobby at the "Welcome Center" told me to show him that in writing. Of course that wasn't in any document. I tried to call and no answer. Left a message and heard back from Vanessa at 10:30 at night. She was helpful, but said I would have to talk to Andrew or Alex Silverman... left them a message and still no call back... All I'll say is GET IT IN WRITING if you agree to something with these sleezeballs...

I was employed by this company,,, Let me started by saying I have read some of the reviews and based on my experienced FROM THE INSIDE this is a SUPER SCAM. I think some of the reviews maybe written by the managers /owner. I say this based on the fact there is something very wrong going on with that business. A person paying for this so call vacation will spend more than they would if they book a vacation on there own. PLEASE don't let these people take advantage of you and your hard earn money.The managers are disrespectful to the employees. They hire and fire daily. BEWARE!
Weeks ago. I spoke with Vanessa. She was very rude. I provided the confirmation to her that showed I owed an extra $200 on the package plus the port fees to schedule the cruise. WELL... she insisted it was $300. I said listen to the call.
I asked for a supervisor and she said the earliest they would get back to me was the next day.
I left a negative review on here and a guy called me within a half hour. Said they were right I owed 300 but if I removed the review he would do it for 200. So I removed the review and got another form that said I owed $200. I listened to the recording that said $200 but he said there is another lengthy recording he would email to me (never hit it)
Then he said he would have someone call back about scheduling the cruise the next day. I said not Vanessa she is rude.
Well no call the next day around 445 the day after I called got voicemail.
He called back and apologized he had a family thing. Said he would look for the cruise dates and call me back. Over a week later i got a call the dates I wanted were not avail. I gave him more dates 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call. My guess is Im out of the $298 I put up for this package. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint as I well.

I booked with ultimate getaways last month on January 4 2016 for my Anniversary (50th). I have to give credit when it's do and customer service was a plus, and I am very big on that by the way. I was undecided at first to when exactly I was to us my package I have 4 children and 5 grandchildren so I decided to give my Orlando part I my package as a gift to my children. That alone stole me. My husband and I enjoyed the cruise to the grand Bahamas and also our resort stay... The date to go back home creeped up so soon :( but I honestly enjoyed my vacation and would do it again many more times. -Jessica
I would first like to say my friends and I had a great time in Arizona at the London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu City, AZ... we had a 3 bed room condo and a full kitchen. The total days we spent was 8/7nights... we were able to visit the grand canyon... that was amazing... I enjoyed our trip this to the max. Ultimate Rental Getaways is a very well organize business... customer service was a plus. Every time I had a question someone was available to assist me. I wasn't assigned a personal travel agent due to the package I picked but I never had a problem when I was ready to book my vacation. I purchased this package December 2015 and planed on using it December 2016 that recently just passed... I would have wrote a review when I got back home but with work and kids my mind went nuts... I am planning another trip next March 2018 and this is the company ill be booking with.
Hello I would like to say one they are very much real it's not a scam. I mean I thought they were at first but I gave it a shot. I signed up back in April of 2015 and I recently booked my vacation this past October 2016 in Orlando. I have my sister who lives in Tampa so it was convince for me. I'm all the way in Washington so yea it's a long flight... however my booking went smoothe I mean yea there was one problem when I got to the welcome center I noticed I forgot me itinerary and my ID at the airport I didn't remember my booking ID# my husband took the kids to get something to eat while I was Suppose to get us checked in so I guess you can say that's my fault... I was able to have the people at the airport fax a copy to the welcome center and pick it up the next day it all worked great... to make the long story short my family and I enjoyed our vacation here in Florida we were planning to come anyways but we literally saved almost 2,000 bucks by one phone call. I hope my review was helpful for all the potential clients... I do apologize for those who lost the opportunity. TM

Now April 2021 they don't answer their phones.
Buyer beware especially deals over the phone.
My family and I are very happy with the above and beyond with this company, will be going on my next vacation thru them.

I booked a vacation through this website, and it turned into a disaster. Without my knowledge or consent, a third party(evidently a mega-property manager) cancelled my original reservation (confirmed by Ultimate-Getaways) at the hotel I had booked in Mexico, and booked me into a sub-standard room in a hotel far from my original reservation. As I had already paid for the original reservation, and it was late, I had no choice but to travel to the new hotel. The room was little more than a storeroom with a bed, in an undesirable part of town. Three times the following day I tried to contact Ultimate-Getaways, without success. As I had already paid for the week's stay, and it was high season in Mexico, booking another hotel myself was out of the question. So we made the best of a very unsatisfactory situation. Upon our return the the U.S. I contacted Ultimate-Getaways, complained mightily, and asked for a refund of my reservation payment and the original membership fee. I was told the company was sorry for my ruined vacation, that they would investigate and would take appropriate steps to rectify the damage. After three months of weekly calls to the company, I still have been given no explanation of how or why my original reservation was changed without my knowledge or permission, and nothing but a continuous re-around with regard to reimbursement, with no resolution in sight. I have finally given up hope of a reimbursement. My strong advice - do not do business with a company which shows such callous disregard of customer care.
THIS COMPANY HAS HELPED ME TO THE MAX! Ima a wedding planner and I plan my best friends wedding it was beautiful I was able to transfer my vacation package I purchased with this company as a gift to her for her honeymoon this is one thing I loved When I signed up with ultimate Rental getaways the fact that you can transfer part of your vacation was a winner to me! I absolutely recommend this company!

The only way to get someone to respond to your emails or phone calls is to report them to the better business bureau. Back in 2019 when I first tried them out their customer service was better and actually semi-responsive so I was able to book part of my package (NOT THAT IT WAS ANYTHING SPECIAL…1 star cruise line and 2 star hotel/motels) but in recent years it's legitimately impossible to reach anyone so DO NOT BUY because you will not be able to book. You cannot book any portion without speaking to an agent (none of it is self-booking). Last time I spent months trying to reach someone and ended up reporting to BBB over shadiness. Someone from the company contacted me back so quickly and suddenly looked up my history of phone calls and emails claiming I didn't call the times I did so I showed proof of my phone bill (can you believe I even had to do that?) and then she claimed they must have had system issues…girl, I been contacting and leaving messages for months and you're going to argue with me that because you only have records of 6 out of 11 contact attempts (all of which went unanswered) that I shouldn't haven't reported the company? Gtfoh 0 contact attempts should go unanswered especially for a paid service. It's one thing to be lenient and understand with employee shortages but don't expect people to just throw their money away at you, you're not a charity.
I purchased my package with ultimate rental getaways last month May 12,2016 I bought a 6/5nights in Orlando and 3/2 cruise. Even though I was kinda hezatent about going down to Florida in Orlando because of the tragic that happend there... I did promise my kids if they all passed to the next grade level I'd take them to Disney world. I have a 14,11 and a 5 year old all boys. Yes very challenging to handle but love them dearly. I didn't think we were able to book as soon as we bought this package because they do require a 30 days advance notice. However I was able to explain them my situation. I will be getting married next month on the 10th and promised my kids before I leave for my honeymoon I'd take them to Orlando. We just can back from our vacation and I wanted to share my experience with the company to the world. Customer service was extremely helpful I've called 7, 8, 9, 10 o'clock night at times and always was able to speak to someone. I asked all the questions in the world and each and every one was answered properly... by the way Florida is beautiful even though we got caught in some rain in Orlando it was still a blast. Although I'm not a cruise person my family and I did enjoy the Bahamas beautiful island. Will I do this again absolutely I already bought a package for our honeymoon it's called the dream week I'm working with one of the ladies in customer service she is helping me plan it out... to all the families out there that are thinking of buying a vacation package with this company it is worth it. -Isabella
