Their premium package of £249 guarantees 70% and above, whereas their other package costs £209 with 60% max. I paid extra £40 and scored 61%, what a waste of money. The work was delayed by 2 days. You cannot trust or rely on these people. When it came to asking for a refund of £40, they refused it, saying that their policies have changed. This is an absolute joke, where every consultant tells you a different thing. Avoid it at all costs, does not worth the money and stress you will get seeing your low grade.
Do not use this website. The experts are fake. You just waste your money and time. I am so fraustrated. They treat assignment very carelessly. Also，their work has a lots of errors. If you need "childish expert"，you can choose it. Their service always told you "No worries". Give some excuses for me. Especially，they like to point my feedback is not clear. Also，they said they dont promise me can pass. Why I waste time and Money? It Just a joke.

I contacted them to do some work. They were really nice and readily available until they got £85 off me. They lied to me saying that I can speak to the 'expert' myself and I was given an anonymous number who was dealing with my work, whom I believed to 'the expert'. They gave me a completely rubbish work, nothing related to what I wanted. They claim to be PhD holders and experts but have no clue about any academic requirements. None of them introduce themselves. They all have all fake accent and fake names. Also their customer service is pathetic. They are often rude, do not answer your call or reply to your emails. They are so many of them/or not, I do not know, but they definitely don't talk to each other. By any chance even if any one of them answer your call, then you have to start all over again as they have no clue about their clients, they pass the buck saying someone else is dealing with the issue etc. When I have been trying to contact them back to refund, they have all disappeared off the scene. I tried to post this review on true reviews but I guess it is moderated as no negative reviews come up on that. After I posted a review on trust pilot, one of them contacted me saying they will give me the refund if I delete the review. Again I trusted them and deleted my old review but they have disappeared again, no sign of my refund still. None of them have even apologised for causing this inconvenience but in fact they are rude to me back. I have evidence of all their messages. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE ADVERTS
