I searched the internet before and just after Xmas trying to get the right team socks for my son. Pretty much out of stock everywhere. After finding this site I bought and waited for delivery. As it was Xmas week its no surprise order progress was a bit slow. I then googled the company. OMG was I going to lose my money, was the site legit, would the goods be cheap replicas. As I said blame Xmas delays and delivery woes with Royal Mail and perhaps an expectation set by Amazon. Goods arrived 10 dasy later (5 were BH and weekends). All good. No need to worry.
On order was placed on December 10,2021 and paid for (charge appeared on credit card statement and confirmation received from the company). The item was not received. I have tried multiple times to make contact with the company in Glasgow in order to determine what happened to my order but have received no response.
Gave me what I wanted fast and reliable would recommend, orders myself mystery items. And as the promised you will not receive any duplicates which is a relief.

I ordered 2 day shipping. My jersey still hasn't even been shipped after 2 weeks. The company emailed me that it can take up to 28 days even though I paid for two day shipping. I requested a refund immediately after this news which was one day after the order. They refused.

My mum placed an order for a shirt as an Xmas present, order was placed on Nov 22 and the shirt still hasnt arrived? My mum has tried a number of times but with no joy! I get that its a busy time of year but over a month and still no shirt and no reason is pretty bad customer service plus a let down to not only me as not getting my present but to mum for ordering shirt well in advance of Xmas rush
Ordered a shirt for Xmas, paid EXTRA for 1-2 Day delivery, now I am sure like me most people assume this means I will get the item in 1-2 days right?, well apparently no, with this company it apparently means 1-2 days from when they actually get the shirt in to stock because they sell items they don't even have so what 1, 2, 3 weeks?, who knows because the clock don't start ticking until they receive it.
3 days later not even been despatched so email only to be told the above, now this was a week before Xmas, maybe the date was a clue it just MIGHT be a xmas present so delivery before 25th would be kinda important maybe?
So I cancel the order and request a refund, so now I am told despite paying via Paypal that this is gonna take 5-7 days or 3-5 if you believe the email from their system?, but this is not a bank, Paypal refund are immediate (i paid from our business Paypal Account so fully aware of Paypal's procedures) and why did you take the money BEFORE you had the item to despatch?, you had already put a hold on the money so should have left that until you had the item in stock and ready to send? Or better still don't sell items you don't have or warn people you don't have it so they wont waste more money on quick delivery and wont be expecting a present that wont actually arrive on time maybe?
Still waiting for a refund as I type this, in the mean time I ordered another short from a small sports shop at 6.12pm on a Friday and got it Monday morning, their site showed the stock level and their was only one type of delivery which cost less than half this lots delivery and the shirt was £21 cheaper (and yes it is the real thing as well).
Terrible customer service, would not use these guys ever again.
They didn't warn people about delays. I order a gift weeks ago and it's still in transit... they have no idea when it's coming.

I bought international soccer kit for my son for Christmas and I used the size chart and their size for estimator and ended up getting wrong size. Contacted them they said we sent you what you ordered but I got no reply when I told them that I ordered the size depending on the information they provided in their website. Don't understand those business losing a customer that might buy from them for years to save 50 dollars
I was really nervous about my order after getting burned by a fake Chinese company and reading other reviews, but I received my order today and it exceeded expectations. Great service, quality jersey and exactly what my grandson wants for Christmas. It was a little pricey for sure, but it got to the US in time to go under the tree!
I have been buying football shirts from this website for ages as they also offer personalisation of the kits. The quality is good and I've never had any issues.
Bought football socks. My son pulled them up and they laddered much like a pair 0f tights would. That then turned to a hole. I emailed company and sent a picture. Their response was to say they weren't sent out like that. Which I know and explained how this happened when they were put on. Have since ignored my request for a refund or exchange. Shocking service and one disappointed boy whose birthday present lasted 30. Seconds.

Ordered product and nothing ever came. First they say it is backordered, then shipped, then backordered again. Then they say it shipped but got lost, then they stop responding. Thieves is what they are.
Answer: File a complaint with UK action fraud. I did and if enough people do the same they may eventually investigate this company. They are thieves plain and simple. I also don't know how site jabber can rate them at 3 and a half stars when nearly 50% of reviews are negative.
