Uk2abroad

I bought a mobile SIM card from UK2Abroad in February 2011 over the internet for use overseas. It was purchased on the understanding that I could call the mobile number using any UK mobile phone or landline. However, I found out after purchase that a number of service providers (T-Mobile and Virgin) have blocked the UK2Abroad number range and to use the number I had to dial the UK2Abroad divert number at a higher charge call rate. Information confirming the blocking of the UK2Abroad numbers by some mobile service is not available on their web site and an informed decision cannot be made when purchasing the product.
