I purchased this Prom Dress for my Daughter's School Prom in 2022. The measuring guide on the website is very helpful and the dress was true to size. From ordering to delivery was 4 weeks. Updates by email were great. Would highly recommend and I would use again.
This business is a joke I ordered a dress for my daughter prom well it hasn't arrived I paid extra for the 3-5 day delivery the prom has now been and gone and we still don't have the dress trying to get a refund is ridiculous they don't want to give my money back my delivery details haven't even updated now its too late we have no need for the dress don't try and contact them either you get all different t robot type people who are on repeat.

Ordering swatches and suits- no problem but when they arrived both suits would not zip up to the top of the waistband as the zips jammed at the thicker band of material. This was before I put them on so it wasn't a fitting issue but a tailoring problem.
I took them to a tailor at our dry cleaners and he said that the seamstress should have turned the material (not sure what he meant) and that the zips needed taking out and re setting. A third suit that I had bought in your sale did not have the same problem. The styles and colours were fine and Cinnamon Rose colour is gorgeous!
You offered a 40% refund which should help cover the repairs and I am grateful for your swift reply as I am hoping they will be OK for my daughter's wedding.

Do not used this site and pay ridiculous amount of money for it to be here in a certain time and it isn't I'd stay well clear from this website I will never use it again after they have ripped me off.

The dress feels expensive and heavy but lightweight on the body. Its gorgeous and sparkly too, very different to other dresses! I picked custom sizing and it fit me perfectly with no issues so definitely worth paying more for sizing and mind peace. Shipping did not take long either came on time before the prom and was not damaged. Customer service is also big help, quick and easy communication. Overall really recommend.

My genuine review about the dress I ordered and the service of MillyBridal is that it is so good and I genuinely don't understand any negative reviews. My dress fit beautifully and also looks stunning - you can tell that they want the best for their customers. The dress came on time and they made sure nothing was damaged or ruined during shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I frankly wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn't even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I've had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Don't waste your time with this sham of a company, £120 down the drain and nothing to show but shabby fabric and rubbish customer service!

Wow, what can I say, well from placing my order to receiving it. Got an email asking if the size/ measurements were correct, to which I replied. Kept up to date with everything. Took just under 3 weeks to receive. The dress is stunning and the quality is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much. Would recommend 100% to order from here and will definitely order again.

This company not only had great communication and helpful service, but the dress was beautiful too. Purchased for my daughter prom. Make sure you measure before you buy as sizing is different to European. Also my daughter is 5ft6 amd was wearing heels but as we more petite I took the hem up as was very long. Thia was easy enough to do, but just to make anyone aware you may also need to do this if you like us on the shorter, side. The quality of the dress was excellent and also washes well. She looked and felt like a princess. Thank you, so much for all your help.

My daughter ordered a prom dress paid £154
Came yesterday and it was awful, damaged, tacky, cheap nasty material, dirty off colour netting for sleeves., pieces of cotton and sequins hanging off, no label or size on dress and no return slip in packaging or a contact
Now trying to get a refund from this sham of a company that says UK. Millybridal but shipping address on packaging says Singapore

I absolutely love the dress, sadly I ordered it in a bigger size because I usually have problems with sizes, so it was a bit big on me but that's something we can still change. All in all I love the dress so much, the fabric is amazing. If i would have to rate it on a skale of 1 to 10 I would truthfully say 9.

My daughter thought this was a beautiful dress on the web site, however when it arrived it was a completely different material. Came in an old plastic bag wrapping from China My daughter was upset and disappointed, i got it made to order what a joke it didn't fit. How can this be allowed to continue upsetting young girls. I would have put photos of dress on my daughter but don't want this online but I have sent them to PayPal. I have tried to add photos of what it's like but not uploading. Willing to do this though if I can manage as I am so upset

Never in my life have I found a company with such poor customer service. I believed I was ordering a maternity dress for my pregnant sister to be my maid of honour at my wedding. I ordered a size that according to their sizing information should fit her... it doesnt! I have sent about 10 emails about it and they just reply with some rubbish excuse followed by sorry. Please understand. They refuse to sort or exchange. I have never known a company with such bad customer service. Do NOT buy from here! Avoid them!
I ordered a custom tailored dress for my uncles wedding as I've had no luck with my size on other websites however millybridal not only double checked my measurements beforehand and my dress arrived quickly and looked exactly like the picture and fit perfectly. I also got multiple updates on shipping and delivery which I really appreciated. So so happy!
