I needed a item to dress my 12 months old child in for a party.
The website was easy to use and they seemed to have loads of items in stock with excellent delivery options and (handily for me) an option to collect from the warehouse.
On arrival to the warehouse which was easily found using the postcode I was geted by a member of staff who retrieved my waiting item for me, I was in the warehouse for less than a minute, seamless.
All of the orders arrived on time & I was kept informed by text message as to when my order would arrive.

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this website recently. I was very disappointed and heart broken when it arrived. Instead of the glamorous looking dress we ordered for, what we got was a cheap looking damaged dress. When we asked for a refund, we were told they can only refund twenty percent of the cost of the dress!
This dress is so perfect! I thought since I was buying the dress online it would be bad quality or thin or just the wrong size, but everything about this dress is absolutely PERFECT. It fits just right and looks so good. Everything about this dress is a 10/10, and they even got it to me before my prom, even though I ordered late.
I changed this dress from drop waist to natural waist and the back to have a v shape without the corset back. I have to admit I was worried about communication over the chat but wow! The dress is beautiful. I chose the gold colour and it is lovely. It took a little longer than I was expecting for delivery, but I am happy with the dress itself. Fits perfectly I wear a size 2 and bought the Small.
This dress is gorgeous. You must go exactly by the size chart though. I usually wear a size 6 off the rack but the measurements they have here said I was an 8. The dress fit me like a glove. The fabric is perfect! It is not sparkly as it is in the photo. You won't be dissapointed. Just be sure to measure yourself and go exactly by the chart!
