I purchased this Prom Dress for my Daughter's School Prom in 2022. The measuring guide on the website is very helpful and the dress was true to size. From ordering to delivery was 4 weeks. Updates by email were great. Would highly recommend and I would use again.
It is a SCAM The dresses come from China not from the UK and are awful quality The wedding dress I ordered looks nothing like the photo. The material of it is awful quality. It was meant to be light and airy and it came big, chunky and heavy. I also gave my exact measurements to have it custom made and paid extra for it but it also came too big in my bust and way too long and I can't return it and they won't refund me for it. Don't order from them!

We tried this dress on in store but needed a size up. We ordered from Couture Candy that same day and it arrived about a week later. It fits perfectly! Would highly recommend this website!
I absolutely love the dress, sadly I ordered it in a bigger size because I usually have problems with sizes, so it was a bit big on me but that's something we can still change. All in all I love the dress so much, the fabric is amazing. If i would have to rate it on a skale of 1 to 10 I would truthfully say 9.

I ordered my wedding dress from them. Asked for changing the neckline and to pin up the train. They confirmed they can do it with no problem. It arrived on time, neckline has been changed as I asked for but the dress is far too long and the train is super long too. No pin up for my train. I contacted them twice to ask about the train, no news from them.
I've consistently found that the sizing and fit of the items I've ordered are accurate and reliable. This level of consistency makes it easy for me to confidently select my size and order online without any worries about the fit when the items arrive. This attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
This business is a joke I ordered a dress for my daughter prom well it hasn't arrived I paid extra for the 3-5 day delivery the prom has now been and gone and we still don't have the dress trying to get a refund is ridiculous they don't want to give my money back my delivery details haven't even updated now its too late we have no need for the dress don't try and contact them either you get all different t robot type people who are on repeat.

Do not used this site and pay ridiculous amount of money for it to be here in a certain time and it isn't I'd stay well clear from this website I will never use it again after they have ripped me off.

Am losing my patience I am i scammed or what?
Very disappointed
Ordering swatches and suits- no problem but when they arrived both suits would not zip up to the top of the waistband as the zips jammed at the thicker band of material. This was before I put them on so it wasn't a fitting issue but a tailoring problem.
I took them to a tailor at our dry cleaners and he said that the seamstress should have turned the material (not sure what he meant) and that the zips needed taking out and re setting. A third suit that I had bought in your sale did not have the same problem. The styles and colours were fine and Cinnamon Rose colour is gorgeous!
You offered a 40% refund which should help cover the repairs and I am grateful for your swift reply as I am hoping they will be OK for my daughter's wedding.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I frankly wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn't even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I've had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Don't waste your time with this sham of a company, £120 down the drain and nothing to show but shabby fabric and rubbish customer service!

The dress feels expensive and heavy but lightweight on the body. Its gorgeous and sparkly too, very different to other dresses! I picked custom sizing and it fit me perfectly with no issues so definitely worth paying more for sizing and mind peace. Shipping did not take long either came on time before the prom and was not damaged. Customer service is also big help, quick and easy communication. Overall really recommend.

Wow, what can I say, well from placing my order to receiving it. Got an email asking if the size/ measurements were correct, to which I replied. Kept up to date with everything. Took just under 3 weeks to receive. The dress is stunning and the quality is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much. Would recommend 100% to order from here and will definitely order again.

Bought it for my wedding in May 2022, I ordered 1 size smaller than which is ok as that is my insentive to make sure I lose the weight to fit the dress in time for my wedding. This company not only had great communication and helpful service, but the dress was beautiful too. Purchased for my daughter prom. Make sure you measure before you buy as sizing is different to European. Also my daughter is 5ft6 amd was wearing heels but as we more petite I took the hem up as was very long. Thia was easy enough to do, but just to make anyone aware you may also need to do this if you like us on the shorter, side. The quality of the dress was excellent and also washes well. She looked and felt like a princess. Thank you, so much for all your help.

I bought my daughter's prom dress from Milly's Bridal and found the made to measure element accurate, the colour and sizing as described and the quality fantastic. Even though it was not made in the UK the communication via email was really good with photos of the dress being made sent to me.
The quality is fantastic, and the dress was lined. I went online as nothing in the shops here were quite right and even when you bought the dress you have to pay for it adjusting, hence the made to measure element with Milly Bridal is such a good idea. I would definitely buy from them again.
