Even though, I experienced some issues with the dress and it did not fit me properly, after my review, I was contacted by one of the representatives. I was pleasantly surprised with the kind of excellent customer service I was provided with. The response was very prompt, professional, understanding, and straight to the point. I'm giving five stars for the customer service I have received.
Had to request expedited shipping because of our scheduled flight and we got it just in time. It was elegant, classy, very charming and dainty. I got a simple bedazzled belt to go with it. My husband, who has pretty high standards with clothes, surprisingly fell in love with it too. Too bad I can only wear it once. I wouldn't have picked any other dress after looking online for several months.
I did a custom order. The dress already had a pretty big petticoat which I wasnt thinking it would and ordered another one. They were cheap on the site so I ordered one and probably wont use it. The boning is very good and the lining is very good. My tailor said this was the second MillyBridal dress shed seen that week and couldnt believe I only paid around $260 for it because they are so well made. I cant wait to wear it!

The dress is absolutely beautiful. I ordered it in watermelon and it came in a little over 3 weeks and ahead of schedule. I'm very, very impressed and delighted. The sizes were on target, but the bust is just a tad too loose, but nothing disastrous.
You fail to tell people that if they do not like the dress they order because the style does not suit they cannot send them back. You should make sure you warn all prospective customers that they will not be able to get a refund if the dress is ill fitting or does not suite shame on you!

I received by dress yesterday. I could not believe how fast I received it from the time I placed the order. It came in perfect condition. The material is soft and looks identical to the dress in the picture. I ordered using custom measurements and happy I did. It fits like a glove. I do not need any additional alterations. Was apprehensive at first ordering a made to measure dress. Received the prom dress yesterday - fantastic! Just the right colour, custom made, fits perfectly and my daughter is very happy. No delay in receiving the dress, delivery was spot on, and the whole experience was very, very good.
The dress is beautiful! The order was delivered really fast, and the quality is nice. I ordered size 12 UK, and it was a little too big for me, so I had to take it to the tailor to adjust it in the waist. The model on the photo should be really tall, as the real dress was much longer, so I had to adjust the length as well. But the color is amazing I ordered sky blue, just like on the picture and gold applications on it look gorgeous! I definitely will order from MillyBridal again!
Ordered my dress just from viewing item. Had never used this web site before. Communication was good with updates recieved regularly. Item tracking was availibale which again gave me confidence in the product. Item arrived sooner than thought. Packaged good. Item was good. Would recommend you order a size up versus your usual as small fitting, but overall was happy with the item. This is to be used for a fancy dress event, but could easily be worn to something more formal.
Loved the dress the quality and colour was so nice, was worried if my dress wouldn't come in time for my prom as I left it very last minute so I contacted the support team which were very helpful and yes it arrived on time with 4 days spare, happy with experience from milly bridal will definitely recommend and order again in the future!
