Hi Guys,

I am going to try and put this as clear and concise as possible. We have used UIS throughout the immigration process, had a couple of bumps in the road so far, initially an issue with a consultant leaving UIS, then the next consultant being rude and effectively expecting us to know the entirety of the immigration process.

Now a substantial way through the process we have had are skills assessment rejected twice, not, due to a lack of skills or qualifications, but, with a lack of information provided.

I can fully accept rejection for not making the grade, what I cannot understand or accept is being told, for now a third time, that more information is required. We have went above and beyond to provide all information necessary to pass this process.

Looking at this logically it's raises massive concerns to me, that, there is a severe lack of organisation and I'm actually wondering if this is a legitimate immigration service?

I would expect paid consultants that specialise in the field of immigration to know what information is required to pass all the criteria expected?

We are now having to pay for a third skills assessment because information which we weren't told to provide is now required. Surely anyone with half a brain would question why this wasn't asked of us in the first place and we are more than willing to provide all information necessary.

Please can someone of authority respond to either me or my partner on what is occurring with this process. Our lives are effectively on hold, we have job opportunities sitting waiting for us in Darwin Australia and for whatever reason our consultant is changing the goal posts continuously, or so it seems.

I look forward to hearing from someone with some authority and thorough understanding of the immigration process, and I hope to swiftly regain confidence in UIS.

They are a scam!
June 11, 2022

I went with UIS Australia as I was looking to move to Oz. After the £700 initial fee I went through some checks and told I was eligible.

I submitted a couple documents and forms and the was told by Daniel I had to pay £4450 for services and visa. Was assured this was the bulk payment and all that would be required to pay later on was police check and an additional check fee but that was it. Then things started to go wrong.

To date I have completed one M803 form twice as Daniel didn't realise he already had that form, then I got a call to say I'd passed the first stage and now I was onto the last major part. I was explained some waffle by Daniel and then sent through to the accounts department to Bella where I was told I had to pay £3000! This was due to covid, additional fees since the process began and government changes….

I was told by Bella they wanted to give me the best experience possible so if I paid the £3000 by the end of that day they would throw in flights and 2 months rent when I get to Australia. This pressure highlighted to me it was a scam. After multiple emails back and forth they then miraculously waved me through that fees "as a gesture of goodwill" and onto the immigration team. I asked repeatedly for a breakdown of costs as to what the £4450 is for and to date I have asked 12 times and still had no response.

I was then passed onto victor who was friendly on the phone who apologised for the process so far and said to contact him at any point and that he would get me the itemised price breakdown. Fast forward 6 emails later to victor and Bella and not one single response. The support email account has been included in the emails and they too don't acknowledge it.

I have enquired about a refund multiple times and all 3 mentioned ignore any correspondence. The lip service UIS Australia support put on here is just that, it is to give the impression that they are trying to resolve your issue but you never hear from them!

I'd highly recommend you avoid this "company" at all costs, I'm still trying to get my refund for completing one form!

ITS A SCAM!

Stay away from this company all they do is manipulate you into paying thousands of pounds or dollars. They just want your money plus they are very rude and refuse to give refunds. I was scammed into paying £3150 they wanted me to pay an additional £2000 but my bank stopped the transaction and alerted me to the scam. You don't need this migration service to apply for a visa my bank told me it costs £360 for a student visa and yet this fraudulent company will lie and say you need them to get an Australia or Canadian visa. Do your research BEWARE.

After my wife and I married in 2019 and we tried to get her a spouse visa. We gave up trying to apply on our own (especially because of Covid-19) and hired UIS Australia, who did an excellent job guiding us through the steps and preparing our visa application. I heard a lot about UIS Australia and saw a lot of good reviews too so they were a pretty easy choice, even though they are more expensive than other companies. They helped me apply for my 190 work visa which finally got approved after 2 years! (not their fault of course). I have had to report this organization both to my bank and to government officials in Australia. Learn from my experience and do not do business with UIS Australia.

I was promised a visa evaluation and support. I was told that in order to complete the evaluation there was a one-hour interview with an agent. Great! But what I was not told, despite specifically asking where the business was operated (Adelaide), is they only do business during "European" hours -- which is midnight to 8 am my time.

The agent I was assigned was unhelpful and completely unable to meet with me during normal business hours in Australia. In fact, I was told that no one in the company could meet with me during hours other than midnight to 8 am -- although my agent would do me a favor and "completely rearrange his schedule" to meet with me an hour later.

I asked to be reassigned. Eventually, no one responded to me, so I canceled services -- in writing -- and contacted my bank to dispute the charges.

A week later, I was woken out of a dead sleep to be told that SURPRISE, my evaluation had been completed (despite never doing the "required" interview) and my payment should be made in full since they had "already done the work." I was then threatened by the customer service agent not to contact OMARA in Australia because they are a "private company."

I don't know how much of my fee -- which was considerable -- I will get back. That's an argument between the banks -- but for you, please do not use this company. I imagine they are fine if you are a European or UK student residing in Europe looking for a student holiday/work visa -- but for anything else, they are potentially misrepresenting themselves and their services.

Give this company a miss.

Rude consultant

They are not trying to help. I called them to know how the process works as I need to know the savings I should have. Instead she was focusing on me to pay money for the evaluation documentation and when i said in the end i need time because I don't wanna apply now, she started being rude and told me that she didn't want me to come to their country and she will help those who is really serious to come there.

I needed to request a working holiday visa (417) from Italy and my only mistake was to lean on this company without doing research on my own before.
I had a phone interview in which they asked me to pay 900USD just to find out if I was eligible for this visa. Furthermore they asked me to pay another thousand US dollars to obtain this visa and there I stopped and started informing. I found out I should have requested the visa on my own and pay just 300€ (327USD) and attach a copy of my passport, and that's what I did.
When I asked for a refund for the money I already spent they told me they could give me firstly a fraction, then I was able to negotiate half of them and freeze my application for the future (which I'll never complete). I accepted these conditions just to put an end, they told me to wait 45 business day for the refund to be transferred and when I complained 60 business days later they told me I had to wait another month at least.
A really great company if your intentions are to waste money...

TERRIBLE STAY CLEAR
January 25, 2022

This company are terrible I was sold false information, they won't send me the transcripts in which I know what was wrongly told to me. They have taken over 1200usd from me and are offering a measly 300usd refund. If you want a truly professional company that have your best interests at heart please STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I am outraged at how they have treated me and my account manager who I paid extra to have was rude, sarcastic and abrupt.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND USE SOMEONE ELSE IF YOUR LOOKING TO MAKE A MOVE TO AUSTRALIA

You were contacted by your account manager on the same day to discuss the next steps on 20 January 2022, whereafter you requested a refund after the service had already been provided and your documents were collected and processed.

As such, you are not eligible for a full refund and therefore the USD 300.00 offered to you was done in good faith. If you should decide you would like to receive the refund already offered to you, please let your Customer Relations Manager know and she will send you the relevant document to sign.

Currently still in the process of acquiring my work visa through UIS. I've already paid roughly 5,000 usd. In the beginning everything was ok and they seemed to keep in decent contact. But after a while, I would get strange automated messages when I would attempt to call them and could never get through. And when I did manage to get through I would get disconnected after being on hold for so long. I seem to have multiple people assigned to my case and their email responses to my questions are sporadic and sometimes take a few days, even for quick simple questions. This visa is a very urgent matter for me and I don't feel like they are taking it seriously. Incase UIS views this, my name is Travis Landmesser and case number *******
