Immigrating to Australia is one of the best ideas I had because it is a beautiful country and friendly people. I contacted UIS Australia and applied for my visa through them and received it in a relatively short period of time. They were very helpful with their guidance.

The UIS Australia experience was really good. My account manager guided me through the process and did a great job helping me with my application.

1. It is questionable if UIS Australia is actually based in Australia, Bulgaria, or elsewhere.
2. I got a phone call from 006-61-8-7170-5624 at about 5.30 pm yesterday, Sunday, 2022-09-25.
3. After so many frivolous questions and answer sessions, I was told that the first stage is over.
4. Having confirmed earlier that I have some liquid savings in my account, I was asked to provide my BIN (bank identification number). My curiosity and inquiry were prompted, and I asked the caller again why he was asking for my bank card details. He said I needed to give them the first 6 digits of my bank card... At that point, I knew these were simply unintelligent scammers operating from a remote location, probably but not definitely Australia, as confirmed by the address I saw on their webpage. I had to stop the call immediately. Kindly beware of anyone asking for your bank card details over the phone. For Christ's sake, what has a bank card's 6 digits got to do with the eligibility check of someone's immigration status in Australia? Everyone is not as dumb as you guys! Stupid!

UIS Australia assisted me in securing my working holiday visa! With their help my application was accepted right away! I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who needs a visa!

This is a scam! I gave them all the information I needed. They said I was fine and they would send it to the embassy. They asked for more money with an explanation that didn't make sense. I asked them how it was going the first time they told me I needed more paperwork. Weird because they already told me they turned in my file to the embassy weeks ago but okay. I emailed again to check in and she said to be patient do why the third time when I email about advice on moving and jobs I could get did they tell me then never submitted my application. Two months they lied. They stole 3000 dollars from me and this whole process took 5 months. Go straight through the embassy. They have people ha can help with any questions you may have. It will take less time and a lot less money.

I joined UIS Australia as I have a busy life and thought it would be simpler and easier when applying for a permanent residency. The first lady I spoke to seemed friendly and informative so I signed up. As soon as I paid the money (nearly £4000), I was suddenly passed to a different person who was terrible; didn't send information she said she would, didn't reply for weeks and I was constantly chasing. When I complained, all that happened was a different person would answer my emails and no acknowledgement of my complaint. This happened four times with a total of five people before I requested a cancellation of service and refund. I was also receiving conflicting information/advice from these people. I still to this day have not received a breakdown of costs (just a lump sum invoice), neither have I received a list of expected additional costs. I still don't actually understand what the substantial amount of money is for! I have been mislead and misinformed throughout and they justify NO REFUND because they have put working hours towards my case; no applications have been made on my behalf yet I have provided all the information required quickly and efficiently. I even quoted the multiple terms and conditions THEY have breached but once again, this was not even acknowledged. I am now in the process of complaining to MARA as they have also breached that code of conduct. Hopefully other people will also do this to help bring UIS Australia to justice.

Please listen when I say do not use this website. I kindly asked them for a refund as I was unable to go to Australia I only used an hour of there time and was willing to pay them for it and the rest back as a refund they charged me 660 dollars for a hour so I agreed once the other 1550 dollars would be refunded and to which we both agreed and signed documents. Still waiting for a refund nearly 8 months later all I get is excuses every time I contact them now they want to give back the money as a service which I can't use. Seriously don't use this site I have all the emails to prove this company is a joke

This site is a scam. They have scammed $5000 from me. And the minute I said I wasn't paying a dime more. They stopped communicating. And then all of a sudden my agent doesn't work for them anymore. Shocker.

Another thing I noticed when they called. If they called. They called from so many numbers. So many locations.

As I said in another review. One time it soundedine twby called from the highway. Straight out of a scammers movie.

Well they got me... and they will respond to this on auto puller. And pretend they are going to get in touch. And they never do. So until then I keep leaving "reviews" and dragging them in the internet. I can't tag them though because they have blocked two of my accounts.

Because again. Scammers.

They give false claims as to what they provide. Stole a thousand dollars for me and have been insufferable, incompetent, and down right unkind denying me my money back. A thousand dollars is so much money that I saved up for ages in order to make this move to Australia. Do not waste your time, effort, or money on this fraudulent company.

Be careful they are not able to give all the informations. I don't call you back when you need. I am actually in australia i asked for a call since two weeks with no reply and i paid 5000 euros for my visas. So if i have one advice: choose another one
