Horrible scamming company, please please do not waste your time and money. They try to change €1,000 for Australia visa? I stupidly gave them €380 and with no refund. Absolutely horrible deceiving young people trying to move to Australia, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Fraudulent scammers, tried to charge me nearly €1,000 for my application to move to Australia and refuse to give me a full refund. They're extremely hard to deal with as well, constant phone calls and unhelpful through emails. Please don't waste your time! I've been put off applying to a legitimate company now as these scammers took €380 off me. So sad scamming young people. And when I said I'll report them to my bank they instantly offered me a refund but only of €280.

I spoke to Adam Campbell today who is the worst customer service representative I've spoken to in a long time. He started by asking basic questions (where do I work, income, savings) and his answer to my responses each time was 'interesting' - he sounded like he was on autopilot.
After reading a pre-prepared script he informed me I qualified for a visa according to my answers and then swiftly informed me the cost of an application would be £275 ($380) and read me my case number. I asked politely when they would expect to start this case / process and take payment to which he said 'right now'...I informed him I had to leave the house and he said this would only take a few minutes; no customer service rep in their right mind would try to jam you on the spot if you need to go, so this is when I got suspicious.
I told him to call tomorrow and that I wanted to speak to other agencies to get a comparison; he said 'that isn't going to work, and also if you speak to another agency the outcome may be different'. I'm sorry, but 24 hrs of consideration and speaking to other agents is absolutely NOT going to result in the aussie government changing their policies. I flagged this to him, and he started again repeating himself, talking over me, and trying to scare me into signing up by implying only through UIS would I receive a favourable outcome.
He deployed laughable logic, embarrassingly low customer service skills, but most of all completely undermined the legitimacy of this agency.
Horrendous.

I heard a lot about UIS Australia and saw a lot of good reviews too so they were a pretty easy choice, even though they are more expensive than other companies. They helped me apply for my 190 work visa which finally got approved after 2 years! (not their fault of course). I appreciate the time and effort they put into my case and they really deserve all the credit.

They promise a pack of lies, turning the same topic over and over again, then disappear without providing any of the services offered. In my case I never signed the contract and they only offered me a paltry refund of USD 120, of which I still have not seen a single cent to date. It's been about 6 weeks now and no response from this company of scammers. Please, if these people call you offering you some type of VISA, DON'T BELIEVE THEM ANYTHING, IT'S A SCAM. I really regret not having read these reviews before giving my money to these unscrupulous people. I just hope that one day they return the promised money.

I leave proof of the refund promised by this unscrupulous company.

Currently still in the process of acquiring my work visa through UIS. I've already paid roughly 5,000 usd. In the beginning everything was ok and they seemed to keep in decent contact. But after a while, I would get strange automated messages when I would attempt to call them and could never get through. And when I did manage to get through I would get disconnected after being on hold for so long. I seem to have multiple people assigned to my case and their email responses to my questions are sporadic and sometimes take a few days, even for quick simple questions. This visa is a very urgent matter for me and I don't feel like they are taking it seriously. Incase UIS views this, my name is Travis Landmesser and case number *******

These people from UIS charged so much for the service fee in order to start the process and took them around 2 months to finalize the first phase of the application, soon after, they are asking for another fee to send in the application to the government and adding an additional government fee which is borderline ridiculous, just for an Australian student visa. We tried to ask for a refund after this, but they profoundly refused. Total for all of this, i would say that's 900 USD out the window

Paid for a service to assist in my application to Australia, which they provided. I'm not disputing this, even though it cost alot. However on the 28th of October 2022 I paid $4233.31 Australian dollars to cover the government cost to apply for a residence visa once I received my invitation to apply. Unfortunately I never received an invite and on the 7th of November 2023 I asked UIS to remove my EOI and requested a refund for my last transaction of $4233.31 because UIS were just withholding this fee until invite. As I wasn't invited, my fee was not used. On the 8th of November 2023, UIS replied (Daniel Kennedy) but would not process request. On the 15th November 2023 I requested a refund for this transaction again. On the 21st November 2023 I requested for the third time. On the same day, Daniel Kennedy said he would pass the matte onto his supervisor, even though he is the senior accounts manager of UIS Australia. As time passed by, I decided to raise a transaction dispute through the card provider Visa which was rejected due to the merchants proof of service, which I am not allowed to see. I raised a review on a different website explaining this same issue and UIS publicly replied to my review apologising but also stating that my transaction was refunded 2 months ago, (i have attached their reply below) this is a blatant lie and published to make them look sincere. I hope UIS can sincerely reply to this review and provide a refund as is my right.

They give false claims as to what they provide. Stole a thousand dollars for me and have been insufferable, incompetent, and down right unkind denying me my money back. A thousand dollars is so much money that I saved up for ages in order to make this move to Australia. Do not waste your time, effort, or money on this fraudulent company.

UIS Australia's team are really helpful and incredibly responsive. They explain the process very well and make sure that you understand it properly. I hired this company to apply for the work holiday visa for my son August/22. On 08/28, the amount of $1,250.00 (Australian dollar) was charged to my credit card. While the application documents were being gathered, my son died. I contacted the company to request a refund, since the contracted service was not carried out.Communication with this company is terrible. They don't answer the phone or return calls.I received some emails from Ms. Gabriela Daniels (customer relations manager) requesting my bank account for the refund on 04/18/23, since the refund on my credit card was not possible. I sent all the requested and till now, the refund has not been made, as well as all the emails I sent after this day have not been answered. A total disregard. I do not recommend this company.

Very touching and polite response from this company, but resolution so far none. If my case would be a priority, by this time the return of the money would have already been effected. However, a week passed and no action was taken. I reiterate once again my total disappointment. I feel cheated and therefore do not comment on your services in any hypothesis.

After all this time, many calls, emails and clain, finally the money is on my bank account.
I would like to know, why it took so long.

Do not use this company I work for a lawyer firm in UK and applied for my partners visa all my calls recorded due to my occupation as I deal with several clients.
This company advised payment will be taken Aus dollars and in UK pounds 513 gbp turns out when I realised they lied I have phone prof also email proof which they try to discredit my system that my emails has a document print auto so they out cheating customer.
I asked for full refund for their dis honesty and have been ignored no service has been provided but theft of taking more than advised would be taken.
They have been reported to international fraud department and Australia gov home affairs to have them removed from Omara as they don't represent a real intention to help visa control.
They ignore my emails to refund me so action is necessary.
Please do not use this companie

Stay away from this company all they do is manipulate you into paying thousands of pounds or dollars. They just want your money plus they are very rude and refuse to give refunds. I was scammed into paying £3150 they wanted me to pay an additional £2000 but my bank stopped the transaction and alerted me to the scam. You don't need this migration service to apply for a visa my bank told me it costs £360 for a student visa and yet this fraudulent company will lie and say you need them to get an Australia or Canadian visa. Do your research BEWARE.

1. It is questionable if UIS Australia is actually based in Australia, Bulgaria, or elsewhere.
2. I got a phone call from 006-61-8-7170-5624 at about 5.30 pm yesterday, Sunday, 2022-09-25.
3. After so many frivolous questions and answer sessions, I was told that the first stage is over.
4. Having confirmed earlier that I have some liquid savings in my account, I was asked to provide my BIN (bank identification number). My curiosity and inquiry were prompted, and I asked the caller again why he was asking for my bank card details. He said I needed to give them the first 6 digits of my bank card... At that point, I knew these were simply unintelligent scammers operating from a remote location, probably but not definitely Australia, as confirmed by the address I saw on their webpage. I had to stop the call immediately. Kindly beware of anyone asking for your bank card details over the phone. For Christ's sake, what has a bank card's 6 digits got to do with the eligibility check of someone's immigration status in Australia? Everyone is not as dumb as you guys! Stupid!

Be careful they are not able to give all the informations. I don't call you back when you need. I am actually in australia i asked for a call since two weeks with no reply and i paid 5000 euros for my visas. So if i have one advice: choose another one

I was asking for a permanent retirement visa for Australia. On initial call Ms. Clara Miller told me – after she got my details – the chances for me would be very good and UIS would certainly find the correct visa out of 60 visa-options. Stupid me payed 990 US$ and I was transferred to Mr. Daniel Kennedy who collected more details for an 'evaluation'. On the phone he assured me that my chances to get the desired visa would be 97%. In the e-mail correspondence he corrected it to 97% in general.
I became suspicious as my Questions have not been answered. I am 60 years old, since 4 years retired and was asking for a permanent visa. Instead I was offered a student visa for a temporary stay. What a joke. I felt betrayed and requested my money back. UIS offered to pay 200 US$ back which I refused. There is much better service for around 50 Euro available from MARA-Agents in Germany or anywhere in the world and the info for my case could be given within a minute.
Now I am complaining with MARA, the official immigration service: mara.gov.au
It looks that UIS was at least in my case a total scam.

Please listen when I say do not use this website. I kindly asked them for a refund as I was unable to go to Australia I only used an hour of there time and was willing to pay them for it and the rest back as a refund they charged me 660 dollars for a hour so I agreed once the other 1550 dollars would be refunded and to which we both agreed and signed documents. Still waiting for a refund nearly 8 months later all I get is excuses every time I contact them now they want to give back the money as a service which I can't use. Seriously don't use this site I have all the emails to prove this company is a joke
