Paid for a service to assist in my application to Australia, which they provided. I'm not disputing this, even though it cost alot. However on the 28th of October 2022 I paid $4233.31 Australian dollars to cover the government cost to apply for a residence visa once I received my invitation to apply. Unfortunately I never received an invite and on the 7th of November 2023 I asked UIS to remove my EOI and requested a refund for my last transaction of $4233.31 because UIS were just withholding this fee until invite. As I wasn't invited, my fee was not used. On the 8th of November 2023, UIS replied (Daniel Kennedy) but would not process request. On the 15th November 2023 I requested a refund for this transaction again. On the 21st November 2023 I requested for the third time. On the same day, Daniel Kennedy said he would pass the matte onto his supervisor, even though he is the senior accounts manager of UIS Australia. As time passed by, I decided to raise a transaction dispute through the card provider Visa which was rejected due to the merchants proof of service, which I am not allowed to see. I raised a review on a different website explaining this same issue and UIS publicly replied to my review apologising but also stating that my transaction was refunded 2 months ago, (i have attached their reply below) this is a blatant lie and published to make them look sincere. I hope UIS can sincerely reply to this review and provide a refund as is my right.
Same as some other reviews, I was promised over the phone help woth accommodation and finding a job, was also told I have support woth this for the entire year, now I have the visa...already paid £2500 for that which is ridiculous. I am now being told these services are extra and I need to pay more for them, they lie to you on the phone and you don't get anything from them, just get the visa yourself!

Horrible scamming company, please please do not waste your time and money. They try to change €1,000 for Australia visa? I stupidly gave them €380 and with no refund. Absolutely horrible deceiving young people trying to move to Australia, you should be ashamed of yourselves!
Fraudulent scammers, tried to charge me nearly €1,000 for my application to move to Australia and refuse to give me a full refund. They're extremely hard to deal with as well, constant phone calls and unhelpful through emails. Please don't waste your time! I've been put off applying to a legitimate company now as these scammers took €380 off me. So sad scamming young people. And when I said I'll report them to my bank they instantly offered me a refund but only of €280.
They promise a pack of lies, turning the same topic over and over again, then disappear without providing any of the services offered. In my case I never signed the contract and they only offered me a paltry refund of USD 120, of which I still have not seen a single cent to date. It's been about 6 weeks now and no response from this company of scammers. Please, if these people call you offering you some type of VISA, DON'T BELIEVE THEM ANYTHING, IT'S A SCAM. I really regret not having read these reviews before giving my money to these unscrupulous people. I just hope that one day they return the promised money.

Do not use this company I work for a lawyer firm in UK and applied for my partners visa all my calls recorded due to my occupation as I deal with several clients.
This company advised payment will be taken Aus dollars and in UK pounds 513 gbp turns out when I realised they lied I have phone prof also email proof which they try to discredit my system that my emails has a document print auto so they out cheating customer.
I asked for full refund for their dis honesty and have been ignored no service has been provided but theft of taking more than advised would be taken.
They have been reported to international fraud department and Australia gov home affairs to have them removed from Omara as they don't represent a real intention to help visa control.
They ignore my emails to refund me so action is necessary.

In April 2022 I looked into moving to Australia, I contacted UIS who initially were super friendly and helpful. I did the survey and according to them I would have no issue in immigrating, I paid the money and the process began. I was told they would help me find employment and I was made allsorts of promises that were never fulfilled after payment was made. As they were not helping with employment I found my own (not a big deal as my line of work is sort after in Australia). Of the numerous potential employers I sent in their direction UIS had an issue with ALL of them, it was one excuse after another. At one stage they informed me that the employer was not offering enough money / salary and the minimum amount for immigration was 180k per year (which is ridiculous).
I eventually found an employer who stated "we need you in our company, come to Australia and we will arrange everything" to which I did. The employer used their own agent who arranged everything with no issues whatsoever. The new agent sent numerous email requests to UIS Australia requesting an itemised bill and that UIS should refund me part of my 4850 USD (American Dollars). After months of no reply I tried calling UIS but they never answered or returned my requests for a call back. As a last resort I tricked them into thinking I was someone else so they would call me. The call was short and blunt and followed by an email that stated "As per our T's and C's you are not eligible for any form of a refund".
The reason for my review is to caution other people from using them. I have physically been to their address that they have listed on their webpage and they DO NOT EXIST...They are not based in Australia and I do not believe they are legit. If you read their webpage they state "we use MARA approved agents" which means they themselves are not MARA agents. Also, the MARA number they use is for an agent who I questioned and they have never heard of UIS. The Australian embassy has also never heard of UIS.
I am currently investigating how I can report them to the Australian home affairs and to get them closed down or listed. ABSOLUTE SCAM AGENTS..

I have wanted to do the Work Holiday Visa for years. I wanted my file to be accepted by the Australian government and I thought of going through an agency. They called me very quickly to ask for documents and to have a consultant.
But once they had the money, well they disappeared. They no longer answered my emails or my calls. I called about Australian hours but no answer. Besides, they've been calling lots of different numbers, never the same one they have in their email! Once I had an answer, Gabriel Daniels (who I'm sure doesn't exist) told me he had to take an IELTS exam with a score of B2-C1, which I found strange for a Work Holiday Visa where it is a question of labor trades (especially since I know people who did not know a word of English and had obtained this visa...)
I asked to speak to this "consultant" and suddenly she no longer existed, no longer answered. And then I saw other people's comments and I thought $#*!... I got screwed! I immediately blocked my card and called my bank to say it was a scam. I also went to the police to file a complaint and fortunately I was listened to, which allowed me to be reimbursed by my credit card company...
But I just find it horrible and disgusting, scandalous to use the dream of young travelers by stealing their money in this way! Don't fall into the trap, read the reviews and protect yourself as much as possible!

I hired this company to apply for the work holiday visa for my son August/22. On 08/28, the amount of $1,250.00 (Australian dollar) was charged to my credit card. While the application documents were being gathered, my son died. I contacted the company to request a refund, since the contracted service was not carried out.Communication with this company is terrible. They don't answer the phone or return calls.I received some emails from Ms. Gabriela Daniels (customer relations manager) requesting my bank account for the refund on 04/18/23, since the refund on my credit card was not possible. I sent all the requested and till now, the refund has not been made, as well as all the emails I sent after this day have not been answered. A total disregard. I do not recommend this company.

I was asking for a permanent retirement visa for Australia. On initial call Ms. Clara Miller told me – after she got my details – the chances for me would be very good and UIS would certainly find the correct visa out of 60 visa-options. Stupid me payed 990 US$ and I was transferred to Mr. Daniel Kennedy who collected more details for an 'evaluation'. On the phone he assured me that my chances to get the desired visa would be 97%. In the e-mail correspondence he corrected it to 97% in general.
I became suspicious as my Questions have not been answered. I am 60 years old, since 4 years retired and was asking for a permanent visa. Instead I was offered a student visa for a temporary stay. What a joke. I felt betrayed and requested my money back. UIS offered to pay 200 US$ back which I refused. There is much better service for around 50 Euro available from MARA-Agents in Germany or anywhere in the world and the info for my case could be given within a minute.
Now I am complaining with MARA, the official immigration service: mara.gov.au
It looks that UIS was at least in my case a total scam.

To ask UIS Australia for help was a bad idea.
They want a lot of money to help you finding a fitting job.
I got by myself a job offer within 4 weeks. With their help I never got only one, after 4 month. They didnt even adviced me well, what is possible and what is not. They only took money for asking me what I want and than started to look with the help of seek.com. Nothing special. This kind of help is not 1900 Dollar worth.
The next point is, that I asked them for helping me visiting my boyfriend.
They wanted 900 dollar for telling me, that I am only able to get the holiday Visa which costs 20 Dollar.
Last but not least ist that I of course complained and they agreed to give me some of the money back and I am waiting until today (4 Month later) for my it.

These people from UIS charged so much for the service fee in order to start the process and took them around 2 months to finalize the first phase of the application, soon after, they are asking for another fee to send in the application to the government and adding an additional government fee which is borderline ridiculous, just for an Australian student visa. Hi everyone, I want just tell to everyone my bad experience with UIS Australia. First of all, I want to say that after I pay the amount of 3243.4£ ( on 3 payments:first payment of 821.2£, second payment of 1223.99£ and the third payment of 1198.21£= 3243.4£) So after I pay this amount the UIS Australia agency ask me for IELTS test with score 8 (the 9 score it's the highest) which is not that easy to pass this test with 8 score. So my question is why they want the IELTS because I want to emigrate to Australia, to work in construction not like doctor, lawyer, scientist or whatever needs that high level of English, and the second question is why they don't tell about the IELTS test before I pay them that amount. So for everyone who wants to apply in future one advice from me, be very careful before you pay them and ask them for all the details.

Answer: I found them to be a total scam. Completely unhelpful. I've had to dispute the charges for services with my bank, and their customer service agent has made threats -- in writing -- that I not contact the Australia authorities to report them. (Of course, I have.) Note that they are available only during European hours -- so if you are in Australia, Asia, or North America, they won't necessarily be very responsive. There are many reputable agencies to help you get a visa. My experience is that UIS isn't among them.
