Currently still in the process of acquiring my work visa through UIS. I've already paid roughly 5,000 usd. In the beginning everything was ok and they seemed to keep in decent contact. But after a while, I would get strange automated messages when I would attempt to call them and could never get through. And when I did manage to get through I would get disconnected after being on hold for so long. I seem to have multiple people assigned to my case and their email responses to my questions are sporadic and sometimes take a few days, even for quick simple questions. This visa is a very urgent matter for me and I don't feel like they are taking it seriously. Incase UIS views this, my name is Travis Landmesser and case number *******
