I just want to say that Riley & the rest of the staff at this location at Sandy & 122nd are very professional & kind. I've never met such kind costumer service employees. They are wonderful and Riley demonstrates good knowledge of his job. I will go out of my way next time I need U-Haul, to go to this location.

We rented a Uhaul and planned on using our family and friends to do the move for us. Have a few failed attempts at moving 2 pieces lol... We desperately searched for a local mover to provide us with labor considering we already had the Uhaul truck. The first company we found online was Old Fashion Moving & Storage. After speaking with Jonathan he explained exactly how they would wrap our furniture & pack our truck for us. I regretted not calling them sooner considering they were going to be more cost effective than me even renting the Uhaul in the first place. Not only was my family in awe how effortlessly they moved everything in our home, but they also offered to drive our truck down to D. C from Connecticut. I cannot say enough great things about Old Fashion Moving & Storage and the customer service that Jonathan provided. We are set on moving for awhile lol but in the case any my family in Connecticut needs to move I already know who to refer (also if theyre interested in moving us down to Florida in 3 years we would absolutely use them again!) Anyways 5 star service from this (Jonathan, Ricky & Matt). I felt obligated leaving this review after the move considering how much stress it took off of us. The uhaul at southern plaza has always been very helpful when I have to use them. Eric has always been nice

I was having a very rough trip, after two trucks not working I called him and he took my call and helped me. He actually took a minute two listen to what I was going through, find out where I was, and then he made sure I was completely reimbursed for everything. My uhual experience was poor at first but then once I mentioned that I had talked to him everyone started being so much more respectful and helpful. I also talked to the general manager of where I live in California and she was lovely as well! Anyway, I gained a lot of respect for the owner of uhual through this experience even though at first it was chaotic. Thank you joe

I was in the middle of a complicated move yesterday in freezing weather and the staff at the 57th Street Philadelphia U-Haul--Tori Finger and Sydique Nichols (I asked for their names) were warm, friendly, informative and made the experience--yes, pleasant! It totally made me want to rent a truck again from U-Haul, which I was not expecting. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant part of my move. Also, the truck was in great shape. They charge a lot for boxes, but also give away used boxes for free, which is nice. I went to a UHaul in University CIty in Philadelphia a couple weeks ago to buy a few supplies to prepare for the same move, and the man walked the stuff out to my car. So, not bad!

No one ever answers there phone,they transfered my to two diff.cities I never even mentioned wile on hold for 1hour and 12 min.to bad they basically have a monopoly going cuz to move across the country urself u have to use them...then a month later they took 400 dollars out of my acct.without authorization.I recommend anything or anyone else to use...$#*! uhaul

Isaias was such a great customer service rep on helping us navigate a long distance move across the state of Washington. He added extra allowed miles since we couldn't do the mountain passes for our one way rental in the middle of December.

Tate... who... by the way is not even the Manager@ this Store but is Thoroughly apt to be. Resolved a 3 month old problem with my account. He was VERY UNDERSTANDING CONSIDERATE AND LOGICAL And assisted me after several calls to corporate and Store managers( Jordan)etc. Seemingly his work should be Considerably looked at and appreciated!

Charlotte at the UHAUL location 7905 S 1530 W in West Jordan was so helpful! Wonderful service! Highly recommended.

Uhaul charged me money for changing drop off point the original drop off point had no evidence it was a Uhaul dealer.

Uhaul could care less about helping people and I have no patience for bull $#*! like this.
What bull$#*! is Uhaul running. I got a call from customer last night just as I get my foot in the door home from work, telling me that he has a Uhaul truck booked. I told him that I close at 4pm. I told him that I checked before I left and saw no rentals. He is desperate and needs a truck, so I drove 30 mins to work because knowing how Uhaul operates, they could have dumped a reservation at my location. They told him to pick up the truck at my location. I have one truck available, but he wants it for 7 days. But Uhaul won't let him have it for 7 days. It's a $#*!in rental, what difference does it make if it's rented on a daily bases for 7 days or for a week. I then find out that the reservation was made at a location an hour out of the city. The guy is not happy, usual response from U haul customers, he has a reservation number and no truck. I spoke to someone at Uhaul and they let him know that there is a truck available in the other part of the city. He had to take a cab to my location, now he has to take another cab that would have cost him $80 to get the truck. Apparently he is not able to get a truck around another location on my way home so that I could drop him off, I know for a fact that there were numerous locations available but now they were all closed. So I took pity on this poor guy and offered to drive him to get his truck, not something |I will do regularly, I guarantee that. Knowing that it was not his fault that Uhaul left him high and dry. When it comes to extremely unacceptable bad customer service Uhaul gets a 5 star review.
Now I feel better.

There isn't any better than Chad's Auto Service in Pittsburg, KS. I've been using them for quite a while and don't do anywhere else for U-Haul rental. 5 stars!

It was a great experience in having the U-Haul storage company help me with my needs of replacing a trailer wiring plug on my truck.The tech was extremely knowledgeable about the service I needed and that he performed.He was fast and made me aware of what needed to be done. He explained to me what he had done and why and made suggestions as to what he believed would work best for my needs. I could only hope that all service people I dealt with would treat me with the same respect he did.He is truly an asset to this company. I would return for any further service I would need in this area without hesitation.

Mickey LaHaye was extremely helpful with the whole process from Start to finish. I would also like to thank the installer Jeremy Jackson for his great work installing the hitch and Saris superclamp ex2. Germany cars are tricky to deal with when installing a hitch. They completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend uhaul to others.

Purchased a trailer hitch on-line / with installation included. Made an appointment at a convenent time and date of my choosing for install. Upon arriving was met by polite employee. Clean waiting area. Install was very quick and professional. This is how a good business should be run. Thank you.

Clay is a super manager/owner and he is always so helpful. When we lost our house he helped us with a truck to move our belongings. This time we needed to rent a tow buggy for an automobile, again he was helpful and very informative. He has a beautiful co-worker by the name of Lucy Lou. She greets you and loves you the whole time you are there, she makes the experience so special. Lucy Lou is a beautiful female great dane and she is so gentle and so well behaved. My husband and I would not have missed her or the experience with our local uhaul for anything. Clay is a super person... Thank you for our experience.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO ETHICS. IT SUCKS THEY ARE A MONOPOLY, AND THEY KNOW IT...AND THAT'S EXACTLY THE REASON THEY DON'T CARE...

Company is Complete Pigeon Excrement. The managers are God-like, do whatever they want, H.R. Workforce Solutions will back them for everything they do, including PUTTING CITIZENS AT RISK OF LIFE AND LIM They ordered me to basically create the possibility someone would (G.M., Regional manager, and VP were good with this incident and more, Recorded It for self-preservation). When I wouldn't go along with killing someone, they retaliated by demoting me and installed the hitch themselves. One bolt had already come off when they gave it to customers...did corporate do anything.

NOTHING AT ALL...THEY WILL HAVE YOU IN PRISON TO SAVE A DOLLAR...Managers literally bring their wives, fiance, boyfriend or girlfriend on uhaul property and have intercorse...I HAVE NEVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE SEEN WHAT I HAVE SEEN AND EMPLOYEES THAT SELL DRUGS ON PROPERTY...CRAZY PART, I RECORDED ALL THIS EXCREMENT. I had to start recording the serious efforts to negligently place the public at risk; risk of Bodily Harm, Serious Bodily Harm, and or Death.

I RECORDED AND WITNESSED THINGS THAT TOTALLY MAKE IT UNSAFE FOR CUSTOMERS, I EXPRESSED THIS TO MY MANAGEMENT TEAM...THIS IS VERY SERIOUS, IF I HAD NOT STOPPED THEM, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A WHOLE LOT OF UNSAFE INSTALLED HITCHES...When I told then no hitches leave this bay without the safety measures EXPRESSED In the installation instructions...MEANING THE MANDATORY USE OF A TORQUE WRENCH. John Paz, Kristi Dunn, and Bale Fernandez ordered me to JUST EYEBALL IT...meaning Guess. I totally feel this within my heart/Soul, and will totally accept the consequences for letting the public know. At least I will be able to sleep at night. I feel this way, because they swiftly NEEDED TO SHUT ME UP. I HAVE BEEN AWARDED BY THE UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS,.AND HAVE AN HONORABLE image.png DISCHARGE. They now have a person who is absolutely unfit installing hitches and harnesses...AGAIN, PUTTING THE PUBLIC AT RISK.

As a United States Marine, NO WAY IN HELL WAS I GONNA DO THAT...SO, I ceased all hitch installations until the safety of the public was mandatory. I told them they can come move the customers' car themselves. Because I want NO PART. AND THEY DID SO...THEN RETALIATION TOOK PLACE...WAS TERMINATED FOR Disobedience...I'm NOT A WHISTLEBLOWER, MY GOAL IS TO NOT LET SOMETHING SO LIFE THREATENING CONTINUE. AGAIN, I told them over four times TO cease and assist...they terminated me to be able to continue negligence...ABSOLUTELY image.png PERCENT NOT ACCEPTABLE...WE CAN'T LET THAT KIND OF BLATANT DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE TO MAKE A BUCK CONTINUE.

I rented a truck for the move to my new house. Having moved several times throughout my life, I have used UHaul a lot.
I can honestly say that this experience with UHaul of Fredericksburg was the best experience yet!
The manager actually called me a few days before the move to make sure everything was in order. There was a problem and we discussed it and came to a mutual agreement that worked for us both.
I must say I was really grateful for the call but I was also pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the customer oriented attitude of the entire staff. I was truly impressed and happy with the entire experience!

I rented a van had to move a few items return the truck filled up (40usd)gas did everything right. Uhaul held 83usd told me it would be returned 3weeks noone answers, nothing. This company is simply stealing my money. I'll never use again
